While there was the possibility that Bella would find it horrifying to be out dining with a 100 year-old man Odin knew he had much going for him - a lot more than against. He didn't look it, for one, he was handsome, a doctor and an angel. And Bella was a lovely descendant of one of his fellow winged comrades as well; chances were she wouldn't mind him being an angel at all.
Odin smiled as warmly as Bella had, and shrugged. "Don't worry, everybody trips the first few times. I'm stronger than I look, too, so I won't ever let you fall." And the notion of holding onto her tightly wasn't exactly a bad thought. Raising his brow, Odin tilted his head. "Well, it isn't easy. It's very fast and very frantic, but I promise you I won't let you get out of there without a sense of accomplishment." There were different styles of dancing under the swing dance umbrella, he didn't have to toss her into the hard and fast Lindy Hop right off the bat. Just as he finished this thought the waiter came back with their waters, asking if they were ready to order. "Well, considering where we're going next something light might be good. I think I'll have a spring roll for an appetizer and then the vegetable Chop Suey with brown rice." He thanked the waiter and looked at Bella, waiting for her to order.
