Venus tried to keep up with what she was being told. Really, she did. If she was about to be skinned alive by some crazy stalker, she would have at least liked to know why. But then there were lights hovering in mid-air, and Venus' eyes went a little wide. She managed to pry her attention away from said lights and back to the girl, but she still wasn't making any sense. At all. Whatever sort of explanation that had been, it really did nothing for Venus' nerves. Raphaela's, either. The wolf slowly made her way over and stood protectively at Venus' side, and Venus took the slightest step backwards.
