When adults paused and used 'well' Silvia had learned that that meant they didn't want to talk about it. Or they didn't know how to talk about it. Either way, it tended to mean that she'd stumbled on something that they probably didn't want her asking about. That just made it more interesting and she sat there, staring without blinking as she waited for her answer. It was a cat thing that had always made her dad uncomfortable and she wondered if it was going to have the same effect on Nikita. "That's... okay..." The 'never bitten her' thing was an addition that Silvia hadn't expected. Kristen had said something about the whole Nikita and Missy dating before, but why would... this was one of those adult things. One of the ones that Silvia didn't need to know about so instead of asking she let it go. Curiosity only went so far.
Curiosity did peak when she started to really answer the question. They were just getting along, but they were together a lot more? Silvia didn't get it. "Well no, it wouldn't bother me. I mean it'd be weird because it's different, but different's not bad. We're different." She was a cat part of the time and Nikita was a vampire, it wasn't really normal. Oh and they had a clairvoyant and her vampire hunter sister living in the house. Should Annie come out and declare that she worked magic Silvia wouldn't be surprised. She drummed her fingers on the counter and shrugged. "Do you like Missy? Kristen said something about it so I think you do. Or Missy likes you, I don't know, it's really confusing, but the smelling you two together thing makes me think she's right." And that this conversation was way better than finishing up the homework she hadn't gotten to yet.
