It ain't me you're looking for, babe. WHO: August & Allegra WHERE: Outside Many Paths WHEN: Mid-morning
Unable to resist the urge to double-check on the temp, Allegra had made a quick run to the shop that morning. Just in case. She wasn't entirely sure if Willow was on this Saturday, and she wanted to make sure someone was taking care of it. As it was, every thing was in order and the store was not currently or seemed to be in any immediate danger of catching fire. She'd left detailed notes for the girl to follow, as well as four contact numbers in case she ran into any problems: her cellphone, her home phone, Willow's cellphone, and Venus' too. Because she was going to be spending the day with her youngest daughter, trying to see if her old wedding dress was salvageable for use. It was an exciting thought to Allegra, who was a serious sentimentalist. She never figured Willow or Venus would want her old wedding dress.
The weatherman on the news this morning had delivered the sad news that fall was upon Scarlet Oak and everyone should consider busting out the jackets and sweaters. Allegra figured she could do without the heavier stuff for now and instead just put a warm scarf and long-sleeves on. There was a pair of gloves in her purse, but she felt fine so far. It wasn't unusually cold for this time of the year. Stepping outside the shop, she struggled to put her keys back in her purse and dropped them on the ground. Sighing as she moved to pick them up, she was given pause by the appearance of her daughter's fiance. "Trent!" she greeted, a real smile on her face. Despite her reservations, she had no real issue with the guy himself. "If you're looking for Venus, she's not here today. We're going to be spending the day at home planning the wedding. She's also considering wearing my old dress. It's going to be wonderful," she informed the werewolf before bending down to pick her keys up. "Should I tell her you were looking for her--?"
