Home sweet hotel
Who: Teddy and Logan
Where: the hotel Omega's stationed at
When: roughly around 1pm
Driving into Scarlet Oak was not what Logan expected. As big of a hot spot as the town was rumored to be when it came to supernatural activity and news, it looked...deceptively normal. Still, on the edge of the surface, Logan was sure there would be a lot of work for them to do here. If nothing else, there was Heme, the first ever vampire bar, and the rash of demon attacks. It was a place full of promise for their team, and Logan was just glad to be at the end of his journey. He only hoped he'd driven fast enough to keep whoever was tailing him as far away as possible. For whatever reason, his investigation of the warring -- and somehow completely destroyed -- werewolf packs had gotten someone's notice, but he couldn't for the life of him figure out who or why. Suffice it to say that he'd tried to throw them off the trail. To no avail -- Logan wasn't really all that skilled with that sort of thing, even if he'd never be lost himself if he tried to lose someone. It was all very well and good, but his curiosity was bound to get the better of him, and he felt much more secure unleashing that part of him with his team around. Which fully explained the rush of relief he felt when he saw the familiar little group of vehicles as he pulled into the parking lot of the hotel they were staying in.
With a sigh, Logan killed the engine and removed the keys from the ignition of Maya's car, opening the door in order to get out. Reaching over into the passenger side, he removed his travel forensics kit. Shooting a quick text to Teddy, he made his way inside, wondering which rooms they were all in and if they'd tried to spread them out. He didn't mind sharing space with any of them. Well, with most of them, as Ice tended to play his music really loud no matter what. He liked Rafiki, though. At least the monkey knew when to stop making fun of Logan. No, if the psychic was more excited to see any one person of his team, it would be their tech expert, Teddy. Even despite their differences in demeanor, the two psychics had still bonded. It wasn't really the greatest bromance in the history of the world, but it was still nice to have a friend that Logan could really count on. It wasn't to say that he trusted any of the other members of Omega any less, it was just something about the technokinetic that reminded Logan of his father. As awkward as he was, he still missed his parents greatly and knew the value of family. Even when it came in the form of a rag-tag band of hunters. Glancing at his phone, Logan found the appropriate door and knocked, looking around and waiting.
