It was easy to let the grin on his face widen when Brenda emphasized the fact that she also had a twin. "Seems we have a lot in common already. The propensity and tenacity to study long enough to be considered fit to practice medicine in some way, shape or form, a twin sibling, and imaginative sibling names." Oh, and angelic blood. Well, mine's a fair bit stronger, but that's only natural. He kept this last bit to himself of course, but it was all still very intriguing. That teasing smile? Oh yes, that caught Orion's attention and he narrowed his eyes a little bit playfully. "You have me there," he murmured, quirking his eyebrow in a flirtatious way. "How long have you been a nurse, if I might ask?" Orion wasn't exactly in a bragging mood, and anyway, it wouldn't do to just out himself to every pretty face that happened to want to speak to him.
"Ah, well, welcome. My family just moved here as well. From Detriot." It wasn't exactly a lie, so Orion just kept right along. "Ahh, you hail from a warmer clime, I assume? It can get downright frigid and miserable here, if you aren't prepared." Pausing for a moment, Orion let what she said about it being a science wash over him, another little chuckle finding his lips. "The key is dressing in layers. You'll be much warmer that way." Though, by the look of her, it didn't seem as if she minded the cold. It wasn't really the temperature so much as it was the fact that she was soaking wet. "If you need any help, feel free to ask. I've lived in Michigan for a while." What? It was definitely an excuse to talk to Brenda again, but Orion wasn't ashamed.
