Kid demons could be as weird as kid humans, Persephone realized. She'd automatically thought that they needed to be better since they had that whole demon thing going on for them, but it wasn't exactly true. Too bad since it'd have been better. "One of the ghosts?" Persephone glanced around at the few she could see. There'd be more in other places, but she wasn't going to spend her time looking for one to go torment some family. That wasn't her mode of operation. "That's because you're not a medium. But I don't know if they'd want to. What I know about ghosts says that they like to haunt places they knew. Or people. You know any of the victims?" Persephone studied her nails, realizing they'd be in need of a trim soon or else people were going to start thinking she had talons. Just like they might think that Briony had fae blood if they saw those ears. Yeah right. Demonic tell. "Damnation carnations," Persephone snorted. "Next time I see a demon whose got some earth affinity I'll get them to whip that up. It can be the new rage for funerals." She wondered what it'd look like.
"I'd go home with her, but I'd mess with her room just because she thinks that she can tel me what to do," the ghost sneered.
"Oh no you wouldn't, you're just saying it to try and sound scary. You're not so I'll say it again: blow off. Sick of you." This time, Persephone completely blocked the man out and gave her attention to the little girl. It was easier ignoring the ghosts when you hadn't been the cause of their death. "You got it, kiddo. Anything works though. Demons are everywhere." Supposedly so were the angels, but what good were they really? Persephone couldn't see them as anything but winged annoyances who thought the world needed to be saved. Weren't they paying attention when humankind went and fucked its own self up? They didn't even need demons to help with that. "Never met a technokinetic. What d'you do?" Persephone was curious about this thing she'd heard of and never seen in action. "Demons talking to the humans usually has a fun effect like tears, hysteria, breakdowns... never got to play with them when I was a kid though. That's gotta be fun. Persephone couldn't help but laugh at the idea of a Eurynome being someone's pet, even a demon's. "They might as well be pets already, but unless you're going to give it a fresh corpse everyday I don't think it'd want to. Or if you lived by the cemetery. They like it there." Persephone didn't like those places. Sometimes there were ghosts there just wanting to latch on. Turning she started off, more towards the bridge proper where she could see people. Though she kept out of the main line. She wasn't afraid of being caught, but that chill down the spine wasn't gone and she didn't need to give it a reason to flare. "You can't play with dead people and make them do things, can you?" She waved at her eyes. "They went all black and it made me think of these necromancers I know."
