Try as he might to be nice, Farren wasn't having him hold the door for her and he knew better than to argue with her, especially not after the moon. He was tempted to fight her on it but it wasn't worth it. So Corwin followed her in shrugged, making a face at his sore muscles. "Yeah, I guess. We're both hurting, but I bounce back faster than she does." He didn't understand why someone wouldn't want to request the day after the moon off or at the very least try to close. Then again, he didn't know what it was like for a born were. He spent the night thrashing around a heavy metal cage. He wasn't supposed to feel good the next morning.
"How are you, other than running late? And feel free to clock in and get settled before you answer." The last thing he wanted to do was hold her up. He was going to be in the coffee spot for a while so he wasn't in a rush to get the answer. And he wasn't going to turn down the chance to talk to Farren. She was different and he appreciated that about her. The other wolf happened to find her interesting. Maybe he could sneak a couple of pictures of her before she tried to rip his head off for it. He smirked at the thought.
