Good, Naoki was going along with everything fine. Which was exactly what Liliya had expected. Had anyone ever told her that she should be grateful or that she was lucky to have Naoki then she would have wondered why. This was just how things were and she expected them to be and stay that way until she wished for them to change. Was it really so much to expect that everyone else would simply take that for granted as she did? Truly Liliya did not care what... almost everyone else thought. Including Naoki himself. So long as he was there to do what was expected of him Liliya was content. Later today that was going to include offering up his neck. Blood here at the hospital just was not good enough for her and she was surprised that no one was seeing to that. It was going to be something that she would try to find a way to address. Should any other vampire need to stay in the hospital then she wanted to be sure that they would not be subjected to the same awful treatment that she had been.
'That's good that you've taken care of anything.' That saying 'thank you' might be a good idea never once occurred to her; and why would it? Naoki was expected to take care of certain things and even moreso when she happened to be laid up, as it were. 'No, nothing. I have all of my papers and am more than ready to be gone.' One of the doctors had wanted her to come back and Liliya had responded with nothing more than a look. Why would she do that? She was a vampire and the only reason she had let herself come here in the first place was severe damage and a deep need for more blood than she had at home. Her leg would be seen to, yes, but not by any of them. What did they know about caring for a vampire? Nothing. Her little tenure here had proven that. 'Just to get home and away from these... wonderful professionals.' There may not have been sarcasm inherent in sign language, but Liliya was certain that her facial expression was more than enough to get the general idea across. She was not an impressed politician right now.
'I'm going back to work tomorrow, though, so you'll have to drive me there and pick me up again when I'm ready to leave if I don't have Ashley take me home.' Once again, there was no please or any sort of request included anywhere. Liliya was rather preoccupied thinking about all of the things that she needed to get done, she did not have time to think about any affect she may be having on Naoki's schedule.
