Oh the 'really real' family. "If you're Fear then yeah, you'd be a scary baby. You're scary now." Only not scary because Bubbles wasn't afraid of her, but she was making her uneasy. Uncomfortable. Bubbles didn't like being uncomfortable all that much. It was something she could get used to if it didn't keep getting a little worse every time that she turned around. "Orphanage," Bubbles sneered at the word. "Do you know how many times they've tried to put me in one of those? Never works." Bubbles cracked her fingers and rocked up on her toes, peering at Briony's nails. That was an interesting color... she didn't know if she actually liked it. She didn't think that she did. "Mine are prettier. And no, it's not forked, it's just... a tail, kinda like how they draw the devils in those old comics, except white. It's pretty." Bubbles was a big fan of herself. It was also a good distraction from the creepy-crawly feeling that was running up and down her spine. "I've heard of it, yeah, but I've never been. What kind of demon?" That was important. He was probably just a Vice or something, which was too bad because Bubbles wanted to meet another Shepherd.
Good, a little demon who liked sleepovers and could come turn the scare up on her family. Bubbles wanted that. She wanted to see if her aunt could be driven to drink more or take more drugs. She'd like that an awful lot. "I'll be happy to watch that. Sooner's better than later. Maybe this weekend? Then you can tell my mom she should go to your church. Demon's church has to be fun." Bubbles hadn't ever been to one of them so it might be a worthwhile experience and everything. She was always willing to try something new. "Doesn't surprise me. You getting scared of anything would be like me being afraid of animals. Never gonna happen." Animals were Bubbles' friend. It was one of the reason why Disney movies entertained her. She'd like to go ahead and point out how much sense that wouldn't ever make for someone like her. And, for the record, she hadn't ever met an angel who could do anything like what she could. Bubbles stopped on her heel and turned slowly, tugging at a loose curl while she stared at Briony. She might feel like her skin was going to crawl off and a loud noise might make her jump a mile, but she didn't like that. "I didn't grow up to be one, that's how." And her tone was final. Bubbles didn't want to be an adult. Bubbles didn't want anyone to say that she should be an adult either. It didn't matter because she couldn't be an adult. "Tell you what, Briony. You grow up and find it's any better than being a kid, you let me know."
