Ohhhh, that sad little girl. Bubbles had played at being her once. Once literally and then once to see how it'd work out in real life. It was more fun in real life because she got to get rid of the family in the tragic way first. "Did the tragic way you lost them just so happen to be your own doing?" Oh, now she was thinking about the way that she'd killed her last family. It was always so easy to get caught up reminiscing about the good ol' days. "Yeah, my horns." Bubbles looked around to make sure no one was watching -- they weren't, just like they never, ever watched her if they didn't have to -- before reaching up to flatten the curls around one of her horns. It gleamed pearly white in the sun before she fluffed her hair back up. This right here was why she didn't let anyone pat her on the head. That and because she wasn't a dog. "So what do your eyes do? They look pretty normal to me." Because she remembered meeting Elise in the hospital and her eyes had definitely not been normal. People probably didn't notice that unless they wanted to, though. People were always like that.
Bubbles laughed at the idea of a demon being put down for biting. "You can watch," the small demon granted. Maybe it'd be more fun that way since she hadn't ever had anyone around to watch. Except for the family, but they didn't count because they always died right after. It'd be a new experience and Bubbles could be open to those. Even if Briony gave her the chills and made her want to press her back firmly to a wall. Bubbles wasn't afraid of things like other kids, or even adults, but she was afraid of something and she didn't like being made to feel this way. Vice's were interesting to be around. "I like them all, but bigger is better if you want it to do any real damage. Ever seen Cujo? I love St. Bernard's." Big, fluffy and badass when they went insane. "Whose Rachel?" Bubbles was going to guess it was her mother. Adopted mother, probably, because what sort of demon would be offended by that? A risen one. Bubbles snapped her fingers and pointed at Briony, grinning, when she said it was because no one suspected the kids. "You got it, sweetheart, that's exactly why. Sure I'm not big enough to handle certain things, but I can play in so many ways that the big guys can't. It's pretty awesome, don't you think?"
