Thanks to the fact that she'd been texting when she got on the elevator, Bonnie had not realized there was someone else on the elevator until after she had snapped. And of course, had she known she most certainly would not have snapped in the first place. Oops. At least she had the grace to look embarrassed. She bit her bottom lip through a shy, sheepish smile, and a little bit of color even rose to her cheeks as she looked back towards the doors. Bonnie had always been able to blush on cue. She kind of assumed that was a fire elemental thing, though she wasn't entirely positive. She couldn't imagine any of her brothers ever blushing for any reason, so she'd never asked. Ryan and Dex probably didn't even know what blushing felt like. If she saw them do it her head might explode. Usually when either of them turned red you knew to hide behind something hefty, or just get the hell out of dodge.
The doors slowly closed and th elevator began to move again, probably heading towards the fat old creeper's original destination. Suddenly, there was a loud rumbling along with the sound of metal scraping against metal. That's probably not good, she thought, right before the elevator dropped. How far, she wasn't sure. A few feet at least. Just enough to throw her off her feet when the emergency break kicked in and the car halted to an immediate stop. She fell on her ass before she could even think of grabbing on to something. Once that happened, she was almost afraid to move. She kept waiting for it to fall the rest of the way down. It didn't. Yet. Aw, shit. This is not good.
