This was Simon. He could always be convinced to get high. Granted, he knew enough not to go to work completely stoned off his ass, but he wasn't at work right now, was he? As such he gave Lux a little salute. "Done and done, my friend." And he knew Lux would hold him to that, too. Hopefully he never did anything to earn said ass kicking.
"No, she's not." He sighed. "And I know she's generally good to Tabby, it's just me she's got a problem with. It's not your fault." He rubbed at his eyes for a moment. Simon loved his daughter, and would give anything for her. The fact that he couldn't see her for almost another week was starting to get to him, but he'd deal. He always did.
No, Troy hadn't said anything in his text messages, but then again, that wasn't something you told someone via text. Not for Troy anyway, he was very - traditional with that sort of thing. At least, that's what Simon was going with, anyway. He was sure that once he saw Troy in person, the earth elemental would tell him what was up. "It was via text, so yeah, I'd say that was happy." He shrugged. "Either way, for whatever it's worth, if it makes you two happy, then why shouldn't you go for it? I mean... you're both my best friends, so I'd like to think you knew enough about the other to know if this was a good idea or not." Simon managed a chuckle, reaching over for his rolling papers. "Yes, you win on whose afternoon was better. The question is whether or not you are having a joint as well."
