They make their own graves
Who: Eloisa, Valya and an unfortunate NPC
Where: Valya's home
When: Late afternoon
Warning: Vampire feeding
Eloisa was in a splendid mood.
Which was odd, considering that she was awake during the day and actually gone outside in the sun. Which had meant drinking fae blood and she wasn't ever a terribly big fan of that. It served its purpose but it was more Valya's drink. Granted Valya was the entire reason that she'd gone -- no, scratch that, that was a lie. Valya was the primary reason, yes, but Eloisa had been motivated out of the house quicker than she'd have gone if she was just searching for a special snack for her Rider. And she hadn't been deterred by anything. There were things that she needed to do. Like see the chaos that was happening on the news for herself. It had been beautiful and the memory of all that fire, blood, death and sheer chaos was what put the bounce in her step as she made her way back to Refuge Road. "Oh shush," she directed towards the man who was with her. He didn't want to be with her. Very likely he wanted to be back in that line-up she'd found him in. Ready to be taken to the hospital and treated for dizziness caused by a blow to the head and a broken arm. Like Eloisa cared. What she cared about was that the trickle of blood she'd gotten off the cut on his neck had tasted oh so perfect. She'd gone through eighteen different people, some alive and some dead, before she found a demonic water. The demonic was faint, that was true, but it was there and she thought that she deserved points for managing to find one at all. Though it was a special day and she'd have been willing to seek out that red-headed bitch of a siren to get Valya the blood that she loved best. It was her birthday after all and it was only once in a lifetime, dead or alive, that one turned five hundred.
Eloisa supposed that she should be grateful for what had happened -- past what she already was since it was a delightful thing -- since it'd made getting this man out of Ann Arbor and back into Scarlet Oak without having to hide too many times. She'd only had to knock him back out once and she was actually glad that he was coming back to now that they were almost there. "Now don't shout, it won't help and I don't want you startling her." As if a human could startle Valya. Humming to herself, Eloisa pushed open the door and peered inside before pulling the man along, undoing his arm from around her shoulder so that he slumped to the floor. "Now stay there." Eloisa pointed much as she would've done to a puppy and locked the door for good measure before moving through the house. "Vaaaaalya." There was a sing-song lilt to her voice and a smile appeared on her face when she located the other Rider. Leaning so that only her head and shoulders poked through the doorway, Eloisa jerked her head back towards the door. "I have a present for you, querida. Will you come see?"
