"I don't. Not that I have that many, but it can still be entertaining. I get bored easy." No she didn't. Wait; a Bible-basher had her CD? That was priceless. "If she was still around I'd go and say hi just to make her all happy and then burst her bubble so hard she wouldn't be able to look at anything the same way again." Things like that were always worth it. Once she'd gone along with singing at some gospel-themed thing just to ruin the party after with a surplus of alcohol and bad behavior. "Maybe you're just too tall." Persephone didn't mind her height, but she didn't like being made to sound short either. Children were short. Those things that only came in at waist-high and for all that she cared that was exactly what she had imagined Delta and Bianca as being even though she'd seen them since. Children couldn't have handled the amount of alcohol that she was pretty sure Delta lived off, or that Bianca was making her way through. "You've got a bit of height on me. Though I still sorta have this mental image of you both as these little things running around. You playing with Sierra and dead bugs, and her-" She stopped to make a vague waving motion at Bianca on the stage. "-throwing crucifixes into Lake Michigan and skulking around the cemetery because anywhere was better than home." She got a good start on her next drink and shrugged. These things didn't bother her, they were just facts.
"Yep, the ugly fuckers." Persephone didn't care about the things. They were lesser and she still didn't get why they'd caused such an uproar. For all that they created pure and utter chaos for a bit of time they weren't the really dangerous ones. No, those were the ones like her who could pass for human. "Awh, B you sounded beautiful." Persephone leaned over to pat Bianca on the cheek. "When you hate yourself in the morning it won't be for singing, it'll be for downing these drinks." She'd already motioned for a round. Persephone didn't do slow or staggered, she did all out and she took everyone else with her. "And your eyes are very fascinating. They do that all the time or just when you miss out on a fix?" Persephone would've kept staring if Bianca hadn't started chatting away. "You're welcome. Sorry, did you want to live forever? Besides, it wasn't my idea to reproduce and I sure as hell didn't go and make the kid I popped make some more. Right on down the line you can't blame me for all their choices. Well you can, but I won't be listening. You should just be glad you didn't turn out some sort of normal. Where's the fun in that these days?"
