Persephone loved singing. It was one of the only things that she could do all day every day. Excessive? Yes, but, that was sort of the point of her entire being. As it was she'd picked far too short a song and she was almost going to demand that they play it again, but something caught her attention on several levels. First there was something like a ripple through the crowd that she doubted anyone else would feel. Then she found the source of it as her last notes faded away. Two women, one of them who looked younger than her while the other looked older. Oh there's no way in hell. That's just too good. Persephone didn't even realize that she was grinning as she passed the microphone off to whoever was next and picked her drink back up. It took one long gulp and it was gone, the empty glass set on the table of whoever happened to be between her and the table that she actually wanted. The one with the red jacket was older. One of them was Delta and one of them was Sierra... one of them had a kid -- that kid -- and died and the other didn't. That kid is Bianca and she was living with some Bible thumpers and throwing up outside a church. Persephone had seen that happen on one of her 'visits' and had been torn between finding it funny that they still made her do it and irritated that her bloodline was going through it. Looked like she didn't have to worry anymore.
And she caught that 'kind of a lot like you' and knew that appearances had been dragged into it. Even their outfits had this weird sort of matching going on. She could find red, black and silver on each of them. Twilight zone anyone? "Hellooooo," Persephone drawled, stepping right up before reaching out to take a piece of Delta's -- it had to be Delta. Sierra was dead so this was Delta but damn when had she grown up? -- hair in her fingers to study the quality. "You have such beautiful hair, Delta, definitely got that from my side of the family along with pretty much every other physical trait you're flaunting. But those eyes..." Persephone turned her head back and forth as she studied both of their faces. "Those eyes definitely did not come from me. But I've got to say that I'd look good with brown eyes." Normal people, or even just people would've been better at this sort of thing, but Persephone had always gone at everything with the general approach of 'do it and get it done with, and the more you upset people the better'. Just because these two happened to be the offspring of her own offspring didn't mean that they were immune to that. If anything she wanted to make sure they could handle it. "Since you're Delta, that must make you..." She turned to the younger woman and gave her the once over. "Bianca. You know, last time I saw you, you were throwing up into a bush outside a church. Finally get the hint and stop going?"
