Children and their attachments. Eloisa couldn't recall that she'd ever been attached to a furry animal like this when she was a child, unless you count the street urchins she ran around with when her mom couldn't catch her. She didn't quite count those because technically she supposed they'd been people. People who now counted as nothing but eh, couldn't be much different than what they'd turned out to be. Oh wait, they're probably dead. "That almost hurts," Eloisa told the child when she dug her teeth in, her other hand coming up to slap her casually across the face. Casually for her, that was, which meant it probably hurt like hell for Kristen. She gave a hard squeeze to the dog's neck until it yelped and then tossed it at the girl's feet, amused at how it twitched and wheezed. Maybe it would even die. Again, animals weren't her concern so much as the people they belonged to and she was pretty sure that she'd had an undeniable effect on this little blonde. "Now you've made me bleed. That's both of you who bit me, nina, I normally take teeth for that." She crouched back down and her hand flashed out, fingers closing over the girl's chin in a firm hold. "Lost your baby teeth yet?"
