I can feel it Who: Telyn and Bubbles When: Earlier in the morning Where: The park What: Messing with Telyn's head of course
Life was really seeming to be brighter and not just because it was finally sunny out. She'd been back in town a few days and was going back to work the next afternoon. The blonde elemental was settling back in to her life and starting to feel normal again, not like she walked out of some backwater soap opera plot that someone had thrown aside because it had been done before. Maybe once that normalcy happened, when her head was truly cleared, she would be able to sort out this whole 'your aunt is actually your mom' thing she had going on. After a quick cup of coffee, she changed into running clothes and her favorite pair of sneakers. It was supposed to be hot today but she figured she'd get her run in now. Of course, Lucky looked at her like she was insane for leaving the nice, cool townhouse. He just yawned and settled back into his patch of sun, unconcerned that she was going for a run without him. Hey, even familiars needed a lazy day sometimes.
Shaking her head, she stretched and grabbed her iPod and started to jog, building up so that by the time she'd jogged the couple of blocks to the park, she already had a light sheen of sweat on her arms and legs. But it felt good so Telyn was not about to complain. One lap around the park and then she could job home and make some breakfast. And drink a ton of water. She was nearly done when she saw the little girl. And her head started to hurt a little.
