Take all your problems and rip'em apart Who: Kristen and Nikita Where: The Peloe household When: Morning
Nikita liked to think that she knew what she had signed up for when she took Silvia in as her adoptive daughter. It wasn't always sunshine and butterflies, even if she was going to try her hardest to make it that way. Agreeing to talk to another child that had upset her daughter? That was tricky ground, especially when said child happened to be the younger sister of Missy. She adored Kristen, she truly did, and it pained her to know she had to do this, but maybe it would clear the air and things would be better. That's wishful thinking. Missy probably finally had a little chat with the darling and told her the truth. Now she probably hates me. Nikita didn't want to hate a child, but sometimes you just couldn't change someone's opinion. Missy was a perfect example.
The vampire wasn't dumb enough to stop on by when a certain blonde hunter was around. She knew she worked early over at her news gig, which gave Nikita a good enough reason to stop on by and check up on Kristen. The black Jaguar pulled on up to the house, leaving Nikita to slip on out seconds later and headed straight up to the front door. While the knock on the door was firm, she felt herself shake where she stood. Why do I have a feeling this won't go over well? Swallowing her nerves away, she waited for Kristen to answer the door. Hopefully it would be her. If not, she had a bullet with Missy's name on it hidden in her purse.
