That old black magic has me in it's spell
WHO: Liliya and Via WHERE: Liliya’s home WHEN: Late evening.
Typically, Via didn’t drop by unannounced, it was sort of an unspoken rule between Liliya and her. She didn’t know who would be there to answer the door nor would she ever assume that she was welcome to. Via had had to stay back in New York for a couple of days when her assistant went A.W.O.L. with simply a note left at Via’s apartment that read “I quit!” She’d finally done it, she’d finally pushed her assistant too far and now all the work that she did on a day to day basis was tripled. She was working night and day and was still behind on all of the things that she needed to do, not to mention the process of looking for yet another assistant. Tonight, in her zip front dress, she stood at Liliya’s door, hand curled up into a fist over her door, she took a deep breathe and hoped that it wasn’t her husband who answered. She held her composure as she knocked but knew that as soon as she saw Liliya her poor little frozen vampire heart would melt.
She had the most wonderful time with Liliya in New York, being out there on the street, holding the hand of the woman that she was head over heels for. The only bad thing about their trip together was when she had to send Liliya off and stay there herself to take care of a few things. If it was up to her, the two of them wouldn’t have to spend a single day apart but alas, that would never happen. The thing with Liliya was that Via respected her as a woman and as a vampire, and most of all she understood the implications of coming out as a politician. So, while she wished desperately that she could proclaim to the world that she was with the most beautiful vampire in the world, she also understood that her job was very very important.
Truth be told, Liliya did not mind too terribly much that Via had needed to stay behind in New York. With all that had happened in the past few days it was just... busy was an understatement. Liliya felt like her Blackberry had not stopped buzzing at her from the moment she had turned it back on to two seconds ago when she had thrown it onto her desk in disgust. Demons doing this, angel sighting here, fae making a mess with the weather in the park, Calvert’s wedding coming up - if Blake was not every bit as much a simpering idiot as him then she would have pitied the poor girl - Elizaveta had come across a Rider of War when out for a morning stroll... and Eric was recovering. Really now, could someone not toss her a bone and let blood rain down from the sky? Or send her an angel. She imagined that the blood of an actual angel would be divine. Currently she was making due with the bottled angelic that Elizaveta had given her for her birthday. And by ‘making due’ she meant that she had drunk enough in the past hour that everything was just starting to become mellow. Soothing. Far better than her chirping phone or Snowball barking or the sound of Naoki’s feet as he walked - was that the door? Brow furrowed slightly, Liliya slipped back into her heels and exited her study. Her desk was a mess, but she would fix that as soon as she sent whoever was on the other side away.
Until she opened the door and saw who it was. Her face smoothed and she smiled, forgetting for a brief moment that Naoki was somewhere in the house. Because Via had come back to Scarlet Oak and to see her. A bit of notice would have been appreciated so that she could have been prepared, but truth be told... she did not mind the interruption. Really appreciated it actually. “Hello Via,” she greeted, stepping out of the way so that the other vampire could come in. “I’m glad to see that you got back safe.” Did that dress actually unzip in the front? All the way? “Would you care for something to drink? I was just winding down for the evening and getting ready for bed.” Sort of. It was a much more appealing idea now than it had been five minutes ago.
Via stepped inside and somewhere in the corner of the house she saw that Liliya’s husband was there. She had such a good time in New York with Liliya that it was going to hard to adjusting to that man that would always be there. She sighed for a brief moment before offering her best polite smile to Liliya. “Thank you, I’d love a drink. I hope I’m not interrupting anything, I just thought it be nice to have a little chat. It would be a nice break from my work load.” she admitted, brushing a few stray hairs from her face so she could get a better look at how magnificent Liliya looked tonight, despite the fact that she could tell the younger vampire was also tied up in her own work mess. “And yours too I’m guessing.” she added. She hadn’t been keeping up with what was going on in their little town with the mess in New York but she had at least made a conscious effort to keep herself semi-up-to-date. “Why don’t I meet you in your office and we can discuss all that entails?” she offered, already stepping in the direction of Liliya’s office.
It wasn’t fair that she couldn’t walk up to Liliya right there in the doorway and plant a kiss on her lips, and at a time like this when she was vulnerable and breakable, she had considered just throwing the towel in. But once those thoughts appeared in her head the only thing that would make her remotely happy was to imagine Liliya’s beautiful lips, and the way that she looked at Via. This was her situation and she’d come to accept it some day.
Even though she had had a fair amount of angelic blood already, Liliya still had no problem feeling a flash of irritation at the realization that Naoki was indeed there. God damn the man and his inability to exist without actually... existing in the same space as her. No, that was not fair to him at all since he had not done anything wrong, but Liliya did not care. What she cared about was that right then she had to pretend that seeing Via was no different from seeing Elizaveta if she had shown up. Except it was and... “Yes, I’d quite like that. I’ll be in in a moment.” Closing the door she turned the lock, turning ever so slightly to watch Via walk away. Smiling to herself she went to get another glass from the cupboard, informing Snowball that she was retiring for the evening and to let Naoki know. If she let him know then he would smile at her or something, ask if she was alright. I’ll be just fine. Returning to her office she let out a needless sigh as she leaned back against the door.
“I am very glad to see you,” Liliya informed Via as she stepped forward again, setting the glass next to her own so that she could fill it. “I’ve... missed you while you were away.” A true enough thing, she really had missed the other vampire’s presence. Her face, her smile, the way that she talked. I am such a lost cause here. Resting slightly against her desk she held up the glass of blood towards Via. “I wish that I could’ve stayed... but with how things have been I needed to come back.”
“I missed you as well.” she let out once Liliya had gone through her apologies which were, as always, completely unnecessary but also absolutely charming. She took the glass from Liliya’s hand and as she did so leaned up to press her lips up against her lovers. “And don’t be silly, you are a very very important woman with a very important job. You would have been bored to tears anyhow, I spent almost the entire week on my cellphone or in the office.” She sighed, taking a large gulp of the blood. Just conjuring up the thoughts of all the impending work was starting to get her worked up. She didn’t want to be that way, not when she had Liliya right within her grasp. “That’s boring though, no need to talk about my silly little work situation. The real question is what have you been up to and how long do you think it’ll take before you whisk me off to your bedroom?” she said, a smirk forming at her lips.
She allowed herself to gulp down a few more times from her glass of blood and put it down on the closest counter. She walked up to Liliya so that she stood very close, her arms propped up against the wall behind Liliya’s body. She did have to stand up a bit on her toes but she did, she hovered her lips above Liliya’s, a tease as always.
Mmm, a kiss from Via. Liliya never realized just how much she enjoyed those until she had to go a few days without one. It had been years since she had had someone who she wanted to kiss, or be kissed by, and it was still very refreshing. Moreso because Via happened to be good at kissing, she was beautiful, successful, more powerful by pure virtue of how many years she had on her... yeah, the angelic blood was definitely having an effect because even the mention of work was not making her think of all that she still had to get done. “I’ve been dealing with the press surrounding the opening of these so-called gates and what has happened since. It’s a headache, basically, and I haven’t a moment to truly relax since it started.” She let out a sigh that there was no real feeling behind, smiling down at Via when she came closer, arms to either side of her. Here, this was something that could help calm her down even though it was also guaranteed to work her up.
“As for the second question... I could take you there right now.” Her hand came up to brush against Via’s smooth, chilled cheek. “But if you’re going to tease me maybe I’ll wait.” She feigned a kiss to the other vampire before smirking at her. “Did you want me to take you there now, maybe?” Her lips touched lightly against Via’s jawline. “You do make my bed look better somehow.” It was much less appealing now when Via was not there when before it had never really bothered her to be alone.
She nodded her head, leaning up on her toes again to steal a kiss from those lips. “Yes, oh please yes.” she practically begged, her fingers lacing into Liliya’s and grasping them tightly. It seemed so damned forbidden when her husband was within the same boundaries of the house. Granted the poor man was deaf and clearly couldn’t see what was going on right beneath his nose, she didn’t concern herself much with the feelings of the witch or human or whatever it is that he was. What really concerned her was Liliya and if having this nuisance play husband to her was what kept her safe, then Via would accept it.
Whether or not they made it to the bedroom hardly mattered to Via except for maybe how comfortable it was. She would sprawl out right there on the desk for Liliya if she wanted it. Lest she not forget that time in Liliya’s office, at her job. Via must have meant a lot to her for taking that kind of risk. It was then after the contemplation, even though she knew only humans would be silly enough to say that she herself spoke in a hushed tone for Liliya’s hearing only. “You should know..” she began, searching LIliya’s eyes as she did so. “..that I’m in love with you.” Yes, it was soon, she’d gone years with Liza without ever saying it and then she was young and naive, but now, she’d never been so sure of anything.
Liliya’s lips curved up into a fond smile that rarely ever found a place on her face. There was hardly ever a true need for her to give it to someone. Via was just that different, that special, and to hear her nearly begging would have warmed Liliya’s blood if it was able. "You'll have to stop kissing me if you want to go there," she murmured. True, she could always pull away and stop herself but where was the fun in that? Liliya was certain that she was more capable of restraint than Via. Even if it was remarkably harder with her stood right there, curiosity about whether that dress did unzip like it looked like it did nearly overwhelming her. Thoughts of Naoki were nowhere near her mind. She had suspicions about the man that she needed to bring up, but right then they hardly mattered because Via was back and with her. Her attention was a little distracted when she realized that Via was gazing at her and then saying there was something she needed to know. She murmured a 'hmm?' and waited, toying with Via's fingers.
Oh. Oh. "In love with me?" she repeated slowly, like she wanted to make sure that those were the words that had been said. Had it not taken effort to call her heartbeat up then she knew it would have raced out of control. Her mind was already trying to do that and that was a difficult task with all of the angelic blood that was doing its best to keep her calm. How was she supposed to stay calm when Via had just declared that she was in love with her? I suspected, she admitted to herself as she broke eye contact to lean down, eyes closed as she pressed her lips to Via's neck, tongue flicking out against the skin as she tried to focus her mind, reign in her thoughts so that she could actually get a response out. The taste of her skin was grounding in a way. She nipped lightly, not quite breaking the skin, untangling her fingers from the hold Via had on them to trail them along her sides, coming to rest on her hips. When was the last time she had said that she loved anyone and meant it? Surely when she had been alive. With Elise? But I think I do... Pulling her lips away from Via's neck she opened her eyes. "Really?"
For a moment Via was a bit put off by Liliya’s response. Normally the younger woman was cool and calm in her response, knew the right things to say but now? This wasn’t what she had wanted to hear at all. “Is that so hard to believe?” she asked, although the question that was really on her mind was don’t you? Thankfully Via had more tact than to speak it out loud, although now it was beginning to dawn on her that what she’d professed had been merely as tactless as that response might have been. If she still had a heart beat she imagined that at this point it might have skipped a beat from the shock. She knew that Liliya must have had something better to say than ‘really’ but obviously she had been searching for some time to come with a proper response.
She searched her face for a moment to see if Liliya let off any tell tale signs, but just like the politician she was, there wasn’t even a single flicker to indicate anything other than that she heard. “Liliya?” she asked, hoping the sound of her name might drive her into coming up with something better than just ‘really’.
Maybe this was what shock felt like. Liliya had not really been in shock any time that she could recall but she imagined that if she had been then it would feel like this. Yes she had suspected and yes she had extremely strong feelings of her own that demanded to be voiced, but she had not expected Via to just say it like that. It was a little quick, a little... yes, shocking. "I'm sorry, Via, I'm just a little..." Surprised. The word that she wanted here was surprised by she knew that she should not actually say it. That would be no better than what she had said before. A practiced politician who could toe-to-toe with anyone in a debate and come out winning yet here she was struggling to string her words together right. She has that effect on me.
"No one's said that to me for a very long time," Liliya admitted, chewing lightly on her lower lip for a moment. Elise, it had been Elise who had last said it and mattered. But Elise had been unable to handle the secrecy and sometimes Liliya could not help but wonder if it would be the same with Via. Then it would hurt even more than finding that letter had and Liliya Kennedy did not allow things to hurt her. Or get into my heart. Yet she has. Letting out an unneccesary sigh, Liliya leaned in to rest her forehead against Via's, eyes closing again. "You mean more to me than I ever thought anyone could after my heart stopped beating," she murmured. Love was just a frightening word. It was admitting things. "I think that I do love you."
“You think?” One could tell just by the tone of her voice that Via was not amused. Here was this confession of something that could make her so vulnerable that it was almost a direct way to really get to Via’s weak spot. “I pour my heart out there for you and the best you’ve got is that you think that you love me?” Obviously this upset Via a bit. Via wasn’t rejected. She didn’t allow herself to be because Via was the best and would always be so as far as she was concerned. She sulked for a moment, her eyes gazing at the floor instead of into Liliya’s eyes directly. Oddly enough, that hurt. She was hurting and the one person she wanted to go to was the one who had hurt her in the first place.
She looked back up at Liliya, hoping to see some reaction or maybe some sort of tell tale sign that might give her some shred of information but alas, all she could see was Liliya, someone whom had been so kind to her and so quickly turned into something that she did not like at all.
Liliya did not do confessions to other people. They confessed to her. They argued with her. They said things, she responded and she sent them away. Things like this that were full of emotion and feeling did not come before her. Since her turning Liliya had been about nothing but the politics and the Cyri. Friends; what were those to her now? She did not have affairs, she had flings with whoever was present when her body demanded something. Her body, not her emotions. Never another vampire because they were more likely to be able to cause her trouble. And most certainly they had never seen her bedroom, been in her bed, stayed the night. Before Via had come to her, Liliya had not spent the night with anyone since Alex had left her. For being too cold. She was certain that he had called her 'frozen' and not just for the chilled feel of her skin. Many people had said that, some joking and some serious. Personally Liliya had believed that they were right. Emotions caused trouble and it was better to be without them. Love was an emotion. Affection was one as well. Yet... Via. "Do you know how hard this is for me?" she asked quietly when Via sulked at the floor. So far as anyone outside of this room was concerned Liliya was married to Naoki and they had the perfect marriage. She kept that masquerade up for the sake of her appearance, for her position. For the family. Yet she had risked in the past month for the woman stood in front of her. Allowing her to stay over, staying at her house, going to a play and taking her to her office, going to New York and kissing her where anyone could see with nothing but a wig to detract from who they really were... Her throat felt scratchy. She had cried when she thought Via might have someone else, actual bloody tears that were so rare to her that she had nearly forgotten she naturally wept blood now.
"I haven't cared for anyone as anything but an act since I was twenty." Even then it had been tainted. Frosted. Not frozen, Elise had said she was frosted over like a pane of glass. At first with Via it had been lust, she knew that, for her beauty and power and the way she made her feel. But it had changed since then and she had known it was changing. Had done not a thing to stop it though she imagined she could have. If she had wanted. I did not want to. One hand slid up to rest against Via's cheek, fingers stroking the smooth skin lightly. "They chose me for that lack of passion for anything but my work, they groomed that and encouraged it for years. And then you come along and somehow you're in my head all of the time. Under my skin." Her hand slid down and rested over where Via's heart would have beat if they were not already dead. Admitting it was just so much harder than letting the thought flit about her mind. "I know I love you, Sylvia Cohen." Her head felt a little floaty, her legs were trembling and that burning in her throat had spread to the back of her eyes as she sagged against her desk. "I have since that moment you kissed me in the rain in my garden."
Via stood in front of Liliya as she spoke and as hardened as her glare had gotten just moments ago it softened when she heard her speak. She had spoken from a place that Via was familiar with and so she stepped forward, fingers grasping strands of her hair. She didn’t say anything and instead tugged ever so lightly on Liliya’s hair before she pressed her lips against her lovers. She didn’t expect what Liliya had said, so often in these situations that was where it went awry, the moment she demanded an answer. But Liliya, with all of the strong will that she possessed, was there apologizing to her and affirming that she did, in fact, love her. Her heartbeat, had it not been a pain to start, would have been beating out of her chest. She moaned ever so lightly as she let herself break away from the kiss.
Finally she said, once she opened her eyes again “Your bedroom, right now.” she demanded, desperate to take off Liliya’s clothes and show her exactly how much she appreciated her, or rather loved her.
Liliya did not know what she expected from Via after she admitted that she did in fact love her. Her own head was still floating, the uncertainty that had made its way into her mind the cause behind her uncomfortableness. Uncertainty that vanished when she felt Via's hands work their way into her hair before the other vampire pulled her down into a kiss. That kiss washed away her fear, her uncertainty, and Liliya let her thoughts wash away in the soothing feel of the angelic blood that she had swallowed. Or was that warmth stemming from what Via had said? She loves me. She loves me and she doesn't have to. It was thrilling to say the least and when Via pulled away she found herself missing the feel of her pressed so close. "Someone's suddenly demanding," Liliya drawled, teasing as she reluctantly released her hold on Via. Ignoring the papers that were still scattered on her desk, it was not like anyone else would come along to look through them, she opened the door into the hall and peered out to ensure that Naoki was not there. Just a quick look and then she had her fingers wrapped around Via's wrist to tug her along and into her room. As soon as they were through the door it was closer and locked. "This is where you wanted to be," Liliya declared as she leaned down to steal a deep kiss, one hand sliding up along the zipper of Via's dress. "You're going to take this off for me." Not so much a question. She loved the way that Via looked whether she was dressed or not, but right then she felt like there was a definite preference for the dress to be gone. It almost felt like it was different right now, even though they had done this before. Something extra seemed to be hanging in the air. Love. She shivered slightly at the thought. See them call me frozen now.
Being shuffled into her bedroom was thrilling, with her arm around Via right out there where her husband might see. And the kiss, oh that kiss, made her almost feel alive again. Had it not been for how cold the two of them were, she’d almost swear she’d been brought back to life. As Liliya demanded, Via accepted the order and brought one hand up to where the zipper was at the top of her dress and slowly pulled it down, her stare the come hither look that she’d given to Liliya oh so many a time. When it came down to it’s last snag, she pulled it open and let it drop to the floor. It didn’t much matter to Via if her dresses didn’t last through the nights, most of the time she gave them away as soon as she was done wearing it. It didn’t occur to her at all to ever wear an outfit more than once, for she had many and could always always get more. “Your wish is my command.” she whispered as she leaned into Liliya’s ear, her fangs snagging on the lobe for a loving nip. She’d seen Liliya in a new light tonight and even when she thought that she couldn’t get any more perfect, she surpassed Via’s expectations and became more of a woman she could see herself with for all eternity.
So that zipper did serve an actual purpose and was functional. Liliya bit at her lip as she watched Via undo it, no shame in her gaze as she took in Via’s body yet again. She felt as though she could see her without any sort of clothes on every day for a century and not tire of it. Why should she? Via was beautiful, her skin was smooth and she gave her that look that seemed to shoot right through her. No one had ever managed to look at her like that before and she seriously doubted that anyone would ever be able to again. That look was just perfectly Via. Moaning quietly when Via nipped at her ear, she let her hands slide up along the now bare skin of Via’s sides, tracing out imaginary lines. Another good thing about having a vampire lover - their body wasn’t going to change. Perhaps her mind would, but Liliya was deliberately not thinking about that. Her own mind had settled in with the current accepting of Via as hers, and that she had in turn offered up her own heart for whatever Via wanted to do with it, and that was a big step for her. Tomorrow she would likely fret or map out all possibilities, but tonight? Tonight she intended on just enjoying this feeling that had not been a part of her since before her heart had stopped beating. “Then my wish is for you to show me that you...” She paused, the word coming more difficultly to her than most. Turning she caught Via’s mouth with her own, eyes closed, before she finished. “Show me that you love me.”
“I always do.” she moaned, grabbing heatedly as Liliya’s top. She was more careful when it came to tearing off Liliya’s clothes. They didn’t belong to her and she was sure that Liliya wasn’t as silly as Via with her throwing away of clothes after wearing them once. Her fingers wrapped around the bow of her cardigan and pulled it open, her fingers slid beneath the material and slid up Liliya’s arms, letting the material fall off of her shoulders. “and I always will.” she said as sort of a promise. Of course she didn’t know how she’d feel from one day to another, but then she’d never felt for anyone before the way she felt with Liliya. It was a different kind of good, one that she didn’t think she ever could feel. Her lips pressed down to Liliya’s collarbone and then up along her neck. The shape of her neck beneath Via’s lips was one of the many things she adored about Liliya, along with her sensational body and her deep adoring eyes. It didn’t take her long to unbutton her lovers pants before she pushed them to the ground.
Now had Liliya known that Via was going to come over then she might have thought about wearing a few less layers. While her cardigan was pushed off she stepped out of her heels, kicking them to the corner of the room before she grasped the bottom of her tank top and tugged it up. A small part of her wanted to tell Via to not make promises that she could not keep - always was a very long time for vampires such as themselves - but she decided against it because hearing her say it was just so pleasant. Sliding her hand down and around to the small of Via’s back, she tugged her towards the bed. When the back of her knees hit the bed she settled down, tugging Via on top of her. Her skin was fairly humming with anticipation. Amazing that she had been married for what, nearly ten years?, and never once felt this way. Releasing her hold on Via for just a moment she removed her wedding ring and tossed it onto the nightstand, sliding her fingers up into the other vampire’s hair after that. Resting her forehead against Via’s she smiled. “Have I told you how happy I am that you’ve come to Scarlet Oak?” A light kiss. “You’ve made everything so much better than it ever was.”
Via easily followed her to the bed, straddling her legs as she sat on the bed. “You are the one who has made living in this town wonderful.” she retorted, hungrily grabbing at her lips with her own once she’d finished talking. There was no need to go into a big speech about how much Liliya meant to her, or how she’d dreaded coming to this awful town until she met Liliya. This silence between them with spare words between was exactly what was right for the moment. Reaching behind her back, Via unhooked the lace bra and tossed it to the floor with her other undergarments. It felt good to be free from the womanly binds that made her body much more shapely in a dress. She quickly went about removing Liliya’s undergarments as well, slipping off of her lap to pull her panties down her legs and on the to the floor with the rest of them. While she stood she removed her own and returned to her straddled position over Liliya. It seemed so easy to just go for it with Liliya. She didn’t have to recall all of the things that Liliya did or didn’t do in bed because they just so naturally made love that it didn’t matter what they did just as long as they did something. “Touch me.” she pleaded with her lover.
See, now Liliya could agree with her being the one who made Scarlet Oak a wonderful place. It was one of the reasons that she was here. Make it better for the vampires. Although, truthfully, she was far more interested in making it wonderful for Via in particular. Just look at her. Which Liliya was all too happy to do as the other Cyri proceeded to take off the rest of her clothes before moving onto Liliya’s own. Her pale eyes drank the sight in, finding it no less exciting now than it had been that first time when she had pressed her to the door. Or maybe it was a little more exciting now because there was more than just lust at play. There were actual feelings that they had both admitted to feeling. Both of them. “Gladly,” she murmured, pressing her lips to the curve of Via’s neck. Her tongue flicked out against the cold skin, followed by a quiet moan as she slid her hands up along Via’s skin. One hand continued up, slipping between their bodies to cup one of the other vampire’s breast, thumb circling over her nipple as she shifted to lay on the bed. How could anyone have expected her to have this sort of relationship with Naoki when there was someone like Via in the world? In her bed for that matter.
It didn’t matter what Liliya did at that precise moment or really ever, any touch from her was like electricity. Immediately she found herself pushing LIliya back on the bed. How often she had dreamed of finding someone special to call her own, she never ever dreamed that it would be someone as beautiful and as loving as Liliya. The moans so easily escaped her and then a sweet giggle as they fell back onto the bed. She propped herself up over Liliya, stole a kiss from her lips before letting them pepper along her collarbone, down her chest, along her abdomen, and let her kisses pause for a moment. She looked up at Liliya one more time, a grin on her face as she looked onto the beautiful face of the woman that she had outright admitted she loved and began to press sweet kisses to her thighs. Her hand came between Liliya’s legs to feel the impact she’d had on her if any and moaned slightly into the kiss when she felt that she had. Her skin was smooth and her stare gentle. It was amazing to her that Liliya even considered her. She was an often shallow woman who didn’t much care for anyone else, but there Liliya was, telling Via that she loved her too. What more could she ask for?
Whatever Liliya’s motions had been leading to before suddenly did not seem to matter because Via was hovering over her. She was the one who seemed more determined and really... Liliya did not mind. It went without saying that she enjoyed having Via shower her with kisses. How Via could even question that she was wanted, that she was the one who could have had any woman she wanted, Liliya would never understand. Yes, she was aware that she herself was considered beautiful, but so far as she was concerned Via had her beat. Which of them was the former model after all? “Via...” Her hand slid down, fingers tangling into Via’s smooth hair, giving a light tug of encouragement. “Do whatever you want, just please don’t stop.” She did not think that she could stand it right then if the other vampire stopped touching her. Even if that door opened and Naoki walked in she doubted that she could bring herself to care.
Via responded easily to the pleads and trailed her kisses up along Liliya’s thighs before planting one on her clitoris. Her tounge flicked out at it with a grin on her face and she looked up to see Liliya’s face. Those were the most rare and beautiful moments, when she was giving pleasure to Liliya. It was like it was meant for only Via and that no one in the world would ever have the same pleasure. With one arm wrapped around LIliya’s waist, Via used the opportunity to let her fingers on her other hand slip gently underneath where her mouth was. She wouldn’t stop for the world now anyway, even if her darling husband walked in or Liliya herself begged her to stop. This was an indescribable feeling and it wasn’t one she was even remotely interested in losing. Moans escaped her own lips as she enjoyed what she was doing.
Politics escaped Liliya’s mind at pretty much only one time, and that was when she was being touched like that. Everything escaped her mind for that matter, except for the feelings that were shooting through her. She tried to keep herself propped up so that she could look down at Via and see her face as well as feel her, but those thoughts only lasted a moment before she was collapsing again, back arching as she let out a trail of encouraging whimpers. The only way that she could have begged for Via to stop would have been if... no, there was no real reason that she could have imagined ever being able to do that. Adding this on top of their little exchange in the study was a brilliant formula, and it only took a few more minutes before her body gave in and much louder cries than before echoed around the room. Turning her head, she pressed her face into her pillow as she tried to keep all her thoughts from flying away, nails slipping out of the small holes that she had punctured in the mattress to tangle in the sheets. Good thing that she had not been clinging to Via.
Via didn’t mind that Liliya wasn’t looking down at her, the cries and the way her body writhed beneath Via’s touch was enough to practically empathize with Liliya. Simply her moans could make the other vampire more wet than she had ever been. It wasn’t much like Via would mind anyway if Liliya’s nails had dug into her. She was a vampire for Christ’s sake and there were certain advantages to that. As her fingers moved meticulously inside of Liliya she couldn’t help but notice that this time was far different from any other time they’d been together. Via didn’t feel like she was just some pretty thing anymore, she felt like she was a real woman with someone who really cared about the woman she was. That was something that she hadn’t had in a very long time. Removing her tongue from Liliya only for a moment she whispered “Come on baby.” and then went back to work immediately, but this time faster and harder yet still gentle enough to know that she wasn’t hurting Liliya.
Even just a momentary lack was enough to make Liliya whimper, the words that came after causing the fingers of one hand to finally find their way down to Via’s hair. God, how could she make her feel like this? Not just amazing, but like she mattered past her abilities with politics and all the things that surrounded and dealt with them. Like all that Via cared about right then, in that moment, were the noises slipping out of her throat and the way that her body was reacting. “I am,” she managed to get out, tightening her grip on Via’s hair. And she was. Not a moment later her entire body had tensed and released, Via’s name slipping out in what was very nearly a shout. A really good thing that Naoki was deaf. After several moments, Liliya’s body relaxed against the bed, eyes closed as she plucked lightly at her lover’s hair and shoulder. “Now you come up here. I want a kiss.”
Via, as always, did exactly what Liliya said and stood up to straddle Liliya, her lips meeting the other vampires in a tender kiss. She always thought to herself that Liliya was the best kisser she’d ever had the pleasure to kiss, and now that she’d muttered just those few words she didn’t fear that those lips would be taken away from her any time soon. Her fingers were naturally wandering around the rest of Liliya’s body, feeling the way her body curved in certain spots and was flat in others. The cry of her name had driven her mad and so her hips pressed against Liliya’s in urgency. Although it hardly mattered to Via if she’d gotten off, she’d come to know that LIliya was not a selfish lover and would admittedly try and accomplish making Via feel better each time. “Darling you don’t even have to ask.” she encouraged Liliya, her lips easily finding the other vampires again.
At first it was easy enough to keep the kiss simple, tender, just a show of affection to help her body calm back down. But then she felt Via press her hips against her in a very specific way and she let out a groan into the other vampire’s mouth. She had not forgotten about Via’s needs, of course not, but with how insistent the other woman had been at first it had actually been quite impossible to even think about anything but just taking it all in. “You are amazing,” Liliya breathed as she broke the kiss, cupping Via’s face in her hands as she leaned back enough to be able to just look at her. Really, so beautiful. And all mine. Not just mine, but in love with me. Who would have thought that this was going to happen just because she had happened to be the one selected to show her around? Or maybe it would have whether or not she had actually met her at that time. Who knew? One of her hands drifted away from Via’s face, trailing lightly down her neck and then along the curve of her spine. “Is there something you wanted from me?” Liliya asked, voice practically a purr as she leaned in to steal a light kiss. Her fingers traced along Via’s hip, coming to a stop between their bodies, hand resting just below her belly button. Another light kiss, eyes still locked on Via’s. “Tell me what you want, love.”
Via didn’t care how it was or which way they did it, all that she cared about was that it was Liliya at the other end of the lovemaking. Still, Liliya had offered so kindly to Via to do whatever it was that she wanted and she felt it would be rude if she didn’t take advantage of it. “I want your lips and your tongue all over me and inside of me.” she responded easily, just wanting for Liliya not to stop. She lifted her body into Liliya’s touch and peppered kisses at her lovers jawline. She tried so hard to imagine that this was their place together and that Via could see Liliya at every moment of every day but the dream wasn’t as sweet as it used to be and it wasn’t just a game anymore. Via had fallen in love with Liliya and it was starting to feel as if no matter what the outcome was, ultimately she’d end up hurt. These moments are what she held onto her, only hoping that it would last as long as she wanted it to. She wasn’t going to voice her concerns, at least not right now, not while they were like this. This was a special kind of moment that she deemed unfit for serious conversation.
A shiver ran down Liliya’s spine at what Via declared she wanted and the vampire moved before she could think about what she was doing, shifting to press the other woman down onto the bed. She wanted to be careful and gentle but it only took a moment to realize that she could not do that. No, she wanted her too much for that. Had she been able to hear Via’s thoughts she would have done her best to kiss every one of her lover’s worries away. Because if she could decide what she wanted then it would be Via, not Naoki, sharing this house with her. Then there would not need to be two separate bedrooms and this could happen with no thoughts about who might see, who might know... Liliya let out a groan against Via’s skin as she bit her way down, not bothering to mind her fangs. Via had said she liked that sort of thing and she really just wanted to make her happy right then. “You’re so beautiful,” she whispered as she shifted, sliding her leg between Via’s, wrapping her lips around one nipple. Not even in her human life had Liliya wanted to please someone else like this. Her fingers continued to slip along her skin before she glanced up at Via’s face, eyes drinking in the sight.
Her head leaned down to press her lips against Liliya’s forehead and and moaned at her tongue on her nipple. It was true that Via sometimes liked it a little rough, she’d gone through something very rough in the early years of her life and sometimes she craved the excitement. It was a terrible thing to think about and if any psychologist were to deduce that they might try to lock her up. Luckily, none would get near her and her secret was safe. The one secret she hadn’t kept safe anymore was that she was in love with Liliya, and in fact she was glad that she didn’t keep that as safe as some of her other secrets. The single most extraordinary thing was that this beautiful, smart, ambitious woman loved her right back. Her body easily writhed underneath Lilliya’s touch and the way she rolled her back up to Liliya’s lips and brushed the hair from her lovers face. Every single time she got a good look at her, a warmth filled her dead body that she could only begin to describe. Tonight that feeling was amplified by 10.
Truth be told, Liliya did not care what might have happened in Via’s past that made her enjoy things a little rough. What mattered to her was that Via did enjoy it, that she knew it and that she could indulge her in that. Keeping her eyes fixed on Via’s face she began to kiss her way down along her body, nipping lightly every so often. Once her fangs even dug in enough to draw out a slight drop of blood that she lapped up before it even had time to form. Her hands slid up as she moved down, shifting to replace where her mouth had been before. She drew in a breath that she did not need just so she could expel it again against the inside of Via’s legs, letting out a quiet moan as she pressed a soft kiss just a little low. Via had said she wanted her inside. Liliya’s eyes slid closed as she slid her tongue inside, swirling circles. One of her hands slid down, rubbing against the inside of Via’s leg as everything except for what she was doing right then vanished from her mind. Everything about this was what she had not even known she wanted and so different from her other affairs because Via mattered.
To feel Liliya’s tongue inside of her she couldn’t help but push her hips upward in sheer ecstasy. Moans escaped her without any need to hold them back and she laced her fingers through the individual strands of Liliya’s hair. She was the most beautiful when she was pleasing Via. It was sort of like an altruistic beauty that made her glow even in the darkness of the room. She had a talent of clearing not only her own mind, but Via’s mind as well, at least enough to clear it of anything except for her. “Yes, oh yes don’t stop.” she pleaded, her legs instantly wrapping around Liliya’s shoulders to get a better hold on her lover. She didn’t want to let go of Liliya and she wouldn’t ever as long as she was still on this earth and one could see that in those little things she did to stake a claim to Liliya. She grabbed tightly onto the sheets, nearly pulling them off of the bed as she writhed under Liliya’s calculated licks. The blood and her teeth embedded in Via’s skin (which sadly was only a momentary phenomenon) caused the desire in her to swell and at this point any way that Liliya touched her would be intensified by nearly a hundred.
Hearing Via moan like that was music to Liliya’s ears and if she had not been otherwise occupied she would have grinned up at her. But she was a little busy and had no intentions of stopping. Not when Via was making those noises, pleading with her and wrapping her legs around her. The hand that before had only been stroking at Via’s leg slid up and started to rub small circles against her clit in hopes that she would be able to push her right over the edge. More than anything right than she wanted for Via to come because of her, for her. It had never really been the most important thing for her to be able to please her partner, but with this other vampire it was so different. She actually enjoyed giving every bit as much as she did getting with Via and she would not have had any problem admitting it. While her tongue and fingers were hard at work her free hand slid around to grasp at Via’s hip, nails digging in hard enough to puncture through the skin.
Via screamed in pleasure, biting down hard on her lip as Liliya did everything in her power to drive Via over the edge. It worked. Within only a few minutes the muscles inside of her tightened and released, spilling into Liliya’s mouth. Her nails had dug into the sheets, almost to the point of puncturing them. But she wouldn’t let something like that happen. The bedsheets were not like herself, they couldn’t just heal themselves. Were she alive her heart would have been beating, her breathe hard to catch and her frail human body vulnerable to attack. Instead, she pulled Liliya up to her so that she could take a kiss from her. “I love you.” she repeated. She could say it over and over again and each time she said it felt like it was more true than the time before.
The sound of Via screaming was music to Liliya’s ears, but she stayed where she was for a moment longer, lapping gently to try and make it last as long as she could. But when she was tugged up she went easily. Resting her forehead against Via’s she smiled down at her, hand coming up to stroke against her cheek as she let the words linger in the air. They sounded more beautiful to her now than they had before. “I love you too,” Liliya said back as she leaned down to take another kiss, this one longer and more leisurely. Sighing she rolled over onto her side, using her elbow to prop herself up so that she could still look down at Via’s face. Her body felt amazing, moreso than it had any of the times before, and she knew that she could blame that on the revelation that she was in love. “I’ll come to your house tomorrow after I get done with work. Do you want me to wake you when I leave in the morning?” She might decide to do that anyway; stealing kisses worked better when the other person was awake.
With a smile across her face she bit down on her lip and nodded her head. “Yes please.” she pleaded, brushing the hair that was falling on Liliya’s face back behind her ear so that she could stare at her more efficiently. She wanted to stay in bed all night and then again all day tomorrow but both vampires had a great deal of work on their hands and didn’t have the luxury of just doing that whenever they wanted. She thought about what she’d do for Liliya tomorrow night as her whole body begged for sleep. Maybe she would order up some fresh blood. “I want to see your face first thing in the morning.” she said with a bit of a yawn. She could stay there all night and stare at Liliya if it weren’t her need to re energize her lifeless body. She lifted her head and pressed one kiss to the other vampires lips, letting her lips linger for a moment before laying back down on the bed, just because she could.
“Then it will be,” Liliya promised as she shifted, pulling one blanket up around her and Via, sliding her arm underneath the other vampire’s neck while she was at it. With recent revelations having taken place it just would not be right to sleep any way but right against her. “My beautiful Sylvia,” she sighed, smiling as she took another kiss. No, she would not ever grow tired of being able to kiss her. There was no feeling so wonderful as kissing Via, except maybe being kissed or touched in some other way. Either way that it went what mattered was that it was Via and she was there. “I’ll see you when I wake up.” One more kiss and she let her eyes close. Sleeping was important; although if Via had not come over then she would still be in her office working. But scanning papers and working out speeches, or fixing the errors in others, was not near as draining as what she had just done.
Via easily fell asleep in Liliya’s arms, just like she always had and hoped that she always would. She wasn’t sure how she was so lucky and at the same time so unlucky, but she would focus on the positive aspects of their relationship and ignore the hush hush nature about it for as long as she could. She hoped that for Liliya’s sake it could be for a long time but she had no way of knowing how she might feel in the future. “Goodnight.” she muttered before drifting off to sleep. Was this doomed for failure and heartbreak? It was very possible but she would ignore that possibility until it came down to it because in the end Liliya was worth all the pain and heartbreak. When she awoke the next morning she scurried out before Liliya woke, leaving a note by her bedside that read “A bientôt ma belle colombe. Je t’aime.”
