"I know what that's like." She said with a small smile. After their parents had been killed, Rook was the only person who had been sure she could do anything. Foster parents, teachers at school, pretty much any grown-up she encountered until she was about 14 had thought she was mostly a klutz who couldn't be trusted. Probably not to the same level that Liam had experienced, but she didn't like it much and couldn't imagine that he had either. "And you're not stupid." She said seriously. "You can do whatever you want so long as you have the right resources. And, I might be like...disgustingly optimistic, but that doesn't mean I'm wrong." She said quickly before he could disagree with her.
