Silverlake

Silverlake

Silverlake is the new location created by God to protect the only people he believes can stop a power hungry angel. Castiel has turned for the worst, something God had not predicted, but prepared for. He is leaving the fate to the Winchesters and hoping they can bring down his son before his son brings down the world.

What is in Silverlake:
Silverlake is a perfect town. God created it for everyone to live comfortably and peacefully without any problems. There is anything and everything required to survive except residents. You are the residents.

Silverlake cannot be 'located' by any evil or bad muses. Sorry, it is protected by God for that reason. He needed a place to protect and grow his army and prevent humanity from being destroyed. You really think the big guy would leave it locatable by anyone besides himself and the residents within?

There are pleanty of houses, apartments, stores, and the works. No one will be running out of food anytime soon, but it is not unlimited. It is best advised that you do not drag your feet, God wishes you to stop Castiel, not squat and take advantage of the safe haven.

(Europe) Amestris

-Germany/Amestris Year 1917 *FMA based location*

a) Details: In the heart of Germany lies a city from the mid 1800's to early 1900's. This surrounding area would be known to the inhabitants as "Amestris" and home to the Alchemists. On the far west end is a small seemingly abandoned military post with a small town surrounding it. Population is under 200. There is one First Lieutenant by the name of Riza Hawkeye who is in charge of the post. Trespassers will be shot on site; that was the rule until people stopped being seen entering and exiting the surrounding area. We welcome any survivors at this current point in time. There is much forested area surrounding the small town and it is at least two day's travel by vehicle to Central Headquarters. Communication has been cut off to Central, and to much of the surrounding area. It would seem as if this whole area was time skipped forward. Everything you would find inside is the same as it would be in the year 1917, as many of the original inhabitants still believe that it IS 1917. The music in the area is basically all instrumental and sometimes early blues.

b) Inhabitants: Currently, there is a small group staying inside the military base tower together and trying to figure out what has truly happened in the world. In the town the tower lays within, you can find a few family owned restaurants, a bar or two, and a general store. There is a fueling station for vehicles, but there are not very many vehicles in the town and they are all pre 1920 models. There is a small park near the tower as well as a tiny one room school that also doubles as a church. Current NPC population is under 200. There are less than 40 children in the entire area.

c) Surroundings: Surrounding Amestris is what would be more modern, 20xx, time things. That is, once you get past the forested areas. Within the forested area there are wild animals that include foxes, bears, wolves, bunnies, mice, snakes, and a few different breeds of birds. There is one main highway that runs through the small city and leads directly to Central Headquarters but no one has been spotted on it in months. Riza Hawkeye does six daily rounds around the town and on top of a sniper tower. If you ride in, or walk in, it is very likely that you will be spotted and quested by her or one of the people staying there.

d) Communication: Old school rotary telephone and Radio AM channels that pick up broadcasts as well as a 2-way radio system used for military purpose only. Technically speaking, cell phones would receive limited to no reception in this area.

e) Due to recent events- The Tower will be on high guard due to a Croatoan being located. A warning to stay inside after dark has been issued to all townsfolk.

(United States) Rapture

-Rapture (At the bottom of the North Atlantic Ocean) Year 1959 *Bioshock Location*

a)Details: A massive underwater city created by the person dreams of Andrew Ryan to escape from the political, social, and relicious anxieties of a post-World Warr II world. It was established on November 5th, 1946 and finished in late 1951. It is located in the middle of the North Atlantic Ocean about 433 Kilometers west of Iceland's capital, Reykjavik.

b) Inhabitants: The current inhabitants of this underwater city consist of drug addicted genetically altered human beings. They're not your typical type of person you want to mess with either. Short tempers, and quick to strike, you wouldn't want to find yourself on the streets at any point in this city. There are also the Big Daddy which are genetically enhanced humans as well who have their skin and organs grafted into an enormous diving suit. Their primary purpose is to protect little sisters while they escort them around Rapture. Little sisters, as you may have guessed, are also genetically altered and mentally conditioned to reclaim ADAM from the corpses around Rapture. They're almost always with a Big Daddy, and almost completely immune to damage and have no offinsive abilities. Attacking them will piss off Daddy.

c) Surroundings: Rapture sits at the bottom of the North Atlantic Ocean, as a gleaming metropolis of massive Art Deco-styled buildings, connected by networks of reinforced glass tunnels, bathysphere systems and submerged railways. It largely resembles the Manhattan borough of New York in both size as well as general appearance. The city is completely self-sustaining and all of its electricity, including pumping networks, water filtration, air purification and defense systems, are powered by the volcanic vents in Hephaestus. Fresh food and oxygen recycling are taken care of by large sections of man-made forest and farm centralized in the Arcadia zone, as well as fish along with other sea life from Neptune's Bounty. Transportation within Rapture is provided by Rapture Metro, a connected bathysphere system, which consists of spherical pressurized capsules, through which citizens could access most areas of the city. Part of Rapture Metro is the bathysphere inside the remote lighthouse in the North Atlantic, which is Rapture's only entrance from the outside world.

d) Communication: Commuication consists of radio and PA systems. Cellphones will have no coverage seeing as you are under the ocean. It is also highly forbidden to go topside.

e) Due to recent events- Due to the recent riot if 1958, the city is falling apart and severaly damaged in many areas.

(United States) Raccoon City

-Raccoon City *Resident Evil based location*

a) Details: Raccoon City is a metropolis located in the Arklay Mountains of North America and is under the control of Umbrella Corp. Umbrella is a massive company that, to the general public, is a pharmaceutical company dealing in everything from everyday medications to cosmetics. They're hallmark is "first aid spray" that many people refer to as a 'miracle drug' that can literally heal injuries with near instantaneous effects although not as effective on major injuries - it can close wounds and stop bleeding. The official policy is to keep the CEO's name unknown, even to their own employees. He enters through a separate entrance, and leaves without anyone knowing. He only makes appearances via hologram to his board of directors, his face obscured by sunglasses and smoke. To everyone else, he's occasionally just a voice over a loudspeaker. Only few personal actually know that Wesker is in charge and he plans to keep it that way.

b) Inhabitants: Inhabitants currently consist of a diversity mostly made up of white middle-class American families. The police force consists of an elite unit known as STARS. It is made up of both elite police officers (a mix between SWAT and detectives), as well as highly educated forensic scientists.

c) Surroundings: From a distance, skyscrapers can been since within the city limits. Inside you would be able to find any typical urban amenities. This includes but is not limited to movie theaters, nightclubs, ritzy hotels, and restaurants. In the poorer parts of town, there are in fact ghettos.

d) Communication: Communication is very 21st century, despite being in the 1980's. Umbrella has very advanced technology. There is internet, normal phones, and cell phones with plenty of cell towers to ensure signal.

e) Due to recent events- Wesker killed several high-ranking members of Umbrella, and organized for Sherry Birkin to kill James Marcus. He also fired William Birkin and his wife, and ordered them to be 'shot on sight' if they come anywhere near the Hive (Also known as the underground research facility; the place where they store the viruses). He did this to ensure the Raccoon City outbreak never happened again. The city is actually very calm and not on any high alerts.

(United States) L.A.

-Los Angeles, California:*Buffy the Vampire Slayer Location*

a) Details: Los Angeles is well, LA. Nothing strange going on there aside from your normal demons and vampires running around. California is located on the far west edge of the United States. It was threatened at one point that California would fall off due to major earthquakes... This has yet to happen. There is one thing that everyone should know about this town, and that is that this is where Slayers come from and they will stop at nothing to destroy the disease that walks the earth.

b) Inhabitants: Roughly the normal middle to upper-class Americans living their dreams in California. Then there's the vampires and demons that go around killing innocent people and causing chaos for fun. The slayers are battled hardened people who will do whatever it takes to stop these monsters. Your best bet is to probably keep your noise clean and stay out of their way; or risk extinction yourself.

c) Surroundings: Aside from the sandy beaches and bright ocean view, there are some mountains around the area. There are many busy cities with hundreds of attractions. More bars than you could ever visit, and enough restaurants to make you sick. With a population of almost 3.8 Million, what else can you do besides go out and party.

d) Communication: Communication is relatively modern, cell phones, computers, and the internet everywhere you go. Snail mail and face to face contact is somewhat a thing of the past. There are lots of cars, trains, and even subways running through hundreds of underground paths. Your chance of getting lost here is about 80%.

e) Due to recent events- There are currently no outstanding events that would change how things are going in LA, California
