Who: Scorpius Malfoy and Dominique Weasley
Where: Knockturn Alley
When: 8 PM tomorrow (post-dated)
What: Scorpius is tired of playing nice
Rating: High PG-13
Status: Complete

Scorpius wasn't particularly proud of what he had done. He had sent a letter to the young, blonde Weasley written in his brother's handwriting, in his brother's polite tones, with his brother's forged single-initial signature. He didn't like the fact that he was using his brother, but there were times when you couldn't be the nice guy. There were times when you had to fight dirty, but the ends always justify the means.

He wasn't surprised at her eager response. The silly girl thought nothing of the dangers of meeting someone alone in the dark in such an improper place as Knockturn Alley. No doubt it was some of that ridiculous Gryffindor foolishness in her that sent her rushing head-first into situations without thinking of the possibly consequences. He had come earlier than their assigned meeting, just in case she should be over-eager and decide to show up before eight. He stood now, back resting against the cool stone in the small alley next to their designated meeting place, grey eyes staring into the dark ahead as he waited for a blip of blonde to cross his path.

Telling her parents she was meeting a Malfoy in Knockturn Alley at 8PM wouldn't have been the best idea, which is why Dominique didn't tell them; at least not all. She did tell them she was meeting with Phoenix at 8PM, but not in Knockturn Alley. That was still a dark place, and even Dominique felt a bit uneasy going there, she knew Phoenix wouldn't let anything bad happen to her. There was no reason to worry.

A minute or two after eight o'clock, she arrived at Knockturn Alley and made her way to Borgin and Burkes, her eyes scanning the place looking for a familiar blonde head.

Sometimes it really did amaze him how trusting people could be. How well did Dominique even know Phoenix in the first place to agree to meet him in such a shady place as Knockturn Alley? Didn't it send up the slighest bit of a red flag? Any at all?

He waited until the alley was clear of people and she was looking the opposite direction of him before carefully, silent as the grave, making his way over to her, and when he was close enough, he reached out to grab her roughly, one hand covering her mouth as his other arm wrapped around her torso, locking her arms down firmly as he dragged her back toward the alley he had come from.

Dominique glanced down at her watch and ran a hand thought her hair and stood with her back to an alley, looking around for Phoenix. She hoped he wouldn't be late. She wouldn't like to stand in the middle of Knockturn Alley for half an hour and getting weird looks from the people passing by.

She was about to move to turn and walk into Borgin and Burkes, to see if he was inside, when she felt someone holding her and dragging her to the alley behind her out of no where. The first thing she did was fight the grip and try to get out, kicking the guy; and she tried to scream too, but the hand over her mouth prevented her screams to be heard. There was a tiny voice in her head that told her it had been a bad idea to come there, but right now all she cared about was freeing herself from the grip.

She was fighting back. He had expected that much from a Weasley, stubborn and wild, those lot. But he was bigger and stronger, and he kept his grip on her firm, resisting the urge to roll his eyes at her screams. "What were you expecting, little Weasley?" he growled into her ear, tightening his grasp upon her arms the more she struggled. "Meet Prince Charming and ride off into the sunset?"

He knew she would recognize his voice, and he couldn't help but wonder if it would be a relief or more of a stress for her.

After hearing that familiar voice, she stopped struggling for a moment. Scorpius Malfoy? What did he want? And why had he grabbed him from behind like he was going to kidnap her? Her breathing calmed down a little bit, but she was still very tense and wary about him. "Let me go." She said against his hand, and raised her foot to stomp on his.

At least she'd given up on the screaming. Scorpius had been about to remove his hand from her mouth when the little wench stomped on his foot. His face scrunched up in pain, though he didn't vocalize his pain, and she certainly couldn't see his expression from where she was being held.

Now suddenly much more furious than he had been before, he roughly rearranged their positions and backed her up against the wall, releasing her mouth to get a firm hold on either of her arms. He was careful, though, to position himself so that she would be unable, as he was quite sure she would attempt, to knee him or anything of the sort. "I don't believe you're in the position to making demands, pet."

Gray eyes bore into hers. She was pretty, certainly. He could see where his brother's attraction had come from, but it didn't change things. "You've been spending far too much time with my brother, Weasley."

Dominique would've loved to see his face when she stomped on his foot, because she made sure it hurt. You didn't do that to a Weasley and left unharmed.

She tried not to show any fear she could be feeling and glared at him, wincing slightly when he grabbed her roughly and push her against the wall. And she did try to knee him, but he was out of her reach. She cotinue glaring at him, tightening her fits on both of her sides. "That's none of your business, Malfoy. You don't control Phoneix's life."

Scorpius couldn't help but smirk slightly. She certianly was a feisty little thing. "Funny how bitter the name sounds on your tongue. Malfoy. Surely you haven't forgotten it's his, too, have you?" If he had another, surely their relationship would have been considerably less complicated.

"My family is my business," he answered menacingly. "And you will stay away from him, or you'll regret it, Weasel."

"I haven't forgotten. But your brother is nothing like you, fortunately. So it's only bitter when I'm talking about you." She replied, pushing all that Gryffindor courage to the front. She wasn't going let him scare her.

Although when a Malfoy threatened you, you tendted to be a little bit scared at least. But Dominique shoot him a glare and replied. "You won't do a thing. Because the moment you do, everyone will know what you did to me and then you will regret it."

"We all share the same last name, love. Don't forget that. He's as much a dirty, rotten Malfoy," he pronounced the name with as much distaste as she had previously. "As I'll ever be."

At her challenge, a wicked smile snaked its way upon his features. "Oh really? What makes you think anyone will believe you, Weasley? Or, for that matter, who says I'll leave anything left for them to discover?" He paused for a moment, his face taking on a mockingly innocent appearance as he pondered something. When he spoke, his voice was chillingly cheerful. "Or perhaps I'll go about it another way, Dominique. Why not enjoy the process? You stay away from my family or I'll destroy everyone in yours. Brother, sister, every last disgusting little cousin."

Abruptly his smile fell, expression dark. "And when they ask why, love, you know what I'll tell them? I'll say pretty little Dominique couldn't keep her hands where they belonged. So sorry. How do you think they'll feel about that, hm, Mini?"

"Sharing a last name doesn't make you share the same personality."

The moment he started threatening her family with that mockingly innocent expresion on his face, it was the first time she let fear show on her eyes. She tried to push herself off the wall and forward to hit him and free herself from the grip he had on her arms. "Let me go." She said between gritted teeth after he used the nickname only her family used with her. She wanted to hit him so hard for threatening her family. He could do whatever he wanted with her, but he'd better not touch her family.

"You have no idea what my brother is capable of." In fact, Scorpius wasn't entirely sure of what all his brother was capable of. He did know, though, that there was something lurking beneath that sweet exterior of his. He'd seen it threaten to show itself once or twice, and he knew someday it would.

"Oh, touchy. Did that strike a nerve?" Silly little thing, showing him her weaknesses. As she pushed forward, her pushed back, slamming her back against the wall. "You stay away from my brother, Weasley, or I'll ruin them all, one by one. Every. last. one."
