Who: Zara and Braden
What: Zara needs her friend.
Where: An empty classroom on the 4th floor - the forth on the right.

Zara wasn't sure what was going on, she was just confused. Oddly enough she'd spent time looking for new places for her father or mother to move. She researched a few flats for Avalon for after she graduated. It felt like she had to do something to make sure her family would be alright. She'd managed to get a hold of her fathers PR manager and tried to help where she could, but she wasn't sure how well that was going. Why did she feel like she had to be so much older?

She was a little bit worried that Braden might have a point. She did need to take care of herself, but even beyond that she needed to make sure that she stopped worrying too much. Ever since she'd hugged him for a while after finding out she just wanted to hide in his arms. She had no idea what was going on with her, she felt strange and confused.... But at least she could try and figure it out talking to him, or just relaxing with him... She wasn't sure.

So she asked him to meet her in an empty classroom at least she'd be able to talk to him.

Braden's immediate reaction was to tense up as Zara hugged him. It wasn't like her to do that sort of thing. She wasn't one for physical contact, especially such close contact. But Braden relaxed as quickly as he had gone rigid, arms coming up to wrap about her small form. She had said there was nothing wrong, but now he had his doubts.

"Zara," he spoke gently, doing his best to keep the uncertainty out of his voice. "Are you alright? Did something happen?"

Zara didn't think about the fact that it was probably really strange for her to just hug people like that. "Sorry." She said letting go of him. She didn't really want to, she just sort of knew that well it probably was odd, and the mere thought of that made her a bit more nervous, she couldn't do things like that.

"It's just been a hard couple of days. I really am okay." She said softly pushing her hair behind her ear, a bit of a nervous habit. "I..." she paused looking down before looking up at him. "I just needed a hug." She admitted feeling as if she were an idiot.

	Braden hardly managed to keep back a frown as she pulled back. He hated the way she apologized for everything. It wasn't as if he minded hugging her. He rather enjoyed it. "Hey, you don't have to apologize for anything," he told her, before scooping her up into a hug once more. "Especially for a hug." (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Zara watched him carefully for a moment. She smiled as he spoke, maybe it wasn't something she should be apologizing for, but Zara didn't really get the hugging side of the world very well. She hugged him because she really liked it. Zara smiled when his arms went around her again.

She rested her head against his shoulder again comfortably. Zara wasn't really sure what else she could do. "Thank you." She muttered softly. It was kind of confusing her more, but she wasn't going to let go yet.
