Father,

Although I don't know if I should still call you that, given the actual situation of the family, which is all your fault. Thanks to you and ~~that bit~~ Miss Bell our family is broken! Zara and Tony are with you and me and Ian are with Mum; I rarely spoke to my sister before, but I'm sure we'll never speak to each other again! And it's all because of what you did! How could you do that to Mother?! She was your wife, you had a family with her and yet you created another family with another woman! You knew of his existence all this time and you never said a word! How could you?! Mum must feel so humiliated; we all do! I don't even know what to say to Ian! He's too young to be going through all this. Didn't you stop to think about him? About all your (legitimate) children and how it would affect us?

Just know that after this letter I am never speaking to you again.

~~I thought you weren't going to talk to me again...~~ I will admit, your mother is very good to you. I can hardly say she extends her 'goodness' elsewhere. And if she has a heart, I'm sure it's still quite intact. Sometimes it takes two to have a loveless marriage.

I can say that, because I'm sick of defending her secret when my own is out. For her taking advantage of mine being made public, when she knows I've known her indiscretion almost ever since it happened.

Ian has the name Flint, and I am not so unkind to take away the inheritance entitled to him when he entered this family. But your brother Ian, is not my son. And you can take that up with your Mother.

I'm sorry for everything I said to you. I'm still angry for what you did -- mostly because you didn't think of how it would affect us, your children -- but now that Mother has shown me her real face, I guess I can understand why you did it.

~~Could Ian and I~~ Do you think we could stay with you on Christmas Break, Ian and I?

	Avalon, Apology accepted, but you did and still do have a right to be angry. Your Mother has always been a hard woman to live with, but I don't think I made it any easier for her. If you wish too, I'd be more than happy to have the two of you come home. - Dad (Reply to this) (Parent)
