Previous Entry  Add to memories!  Tell a Friend!  Next Entry
WHO: Miklos Krum and Chase Creevey
WHAT: Hexes gone wrong.
WHERE: On the Quidditch Pitch.
WHEN: Before Miklos' party.
WHY: Because Miklos was RUDE to Delia. And Chase felt like protecting her.
RATING: PG-13.
STATUS: Incomplete.

It wasn't enough that Miklos Krum clogged up their journals, but to insult a harmless civilian at the same time? Whatever Cordelia Vaisey had done to Miklos, it certainly wasn't deserving of the less than glamorous personal ad he'd written up for her. It was because of this that Chase decided to get the boy back. After extensive arguing in Krum's journal, he made a promise that he intended to keep, whether the other knew it or not.

After sneaking out of his common room, much to the dismay of his siblings, he made his way to the quidditch pitch, having known that Miklos would be there before his not-so-secret party. He'd conveniently heard Kade Towler complaining about it the other day and while it hadn't mattered to him then, it mattered to him now. That meant that Chase had plans for good, which usually meant they'd backfire.

How would Miklos like being a kitten for his party? It wasn't hard to find people on the pitch--since no one was really airborn yet.

Chase didn't really care about what Miklos was doing. He cared the that boy was there and that he was in plain sight. If Chase hid himself well enough, no one would know it was him that transformed the Slytherin Quidditch Captain into a cat.

It was a silent, careful chase as he watched the captain do his work, paying attention to the ones that needed the most help.

Honestly, Chase wanted to get in and out of there as fast as he could. A few of the members of his team had probably noticed him darting about, but they seemed to ignore it. There were always rampant first years around trying to get sneak peeks at the team.

Once he was directly behind Miklos, Chase grinned to himself. This would be easy. REALLY easy. And with that, he started the spell. With kittens on the brain and the spell to turn one mean, nasty quidditch captain into one he flicked his wand and poked his head out just a little to see the spell work its magic.

Miklos was on the ground, watching his Chasers run a play when he felt a jolt of magic hit him. Honestly, it was a complete surprise and he stumbled forward slightly. In the next moment he felt his body begin to shift, and then his pants were sudden way too full, and not in a familiar way. At the same time, he saw long, hard hairs sprout on his face. He could see them, rising from around his mouth upward toward his cheeks. They were whiskers.

Embarrassingly, he groped at his ass, feeling the hard length of what could only be a tail.

"Son of a bitch!"

He snapped around, looking for who had dared to do this to him and he met the eyes of Chase Creevey. The stupid little fuck.

"Fuck," he snarled. Before he could think clearly he was taking long strides toward the boy, seeing red.
