It sort of felt like Zara didn't get to see her boyfriend enough. Maybe it was just because they were both really busy, they were in different houses and such... Maybe it was just the way things normally happened. Zara really didn't know, and she really didn't worry about it too much. She loved Braden and trusted him... But something just didn't feel right, it felt like every time she saw him some blond was hanging around him.... Sometimes hanging off of him. Zara did her best just to not think about it, they both had friends, and Zara hugged some of her male friends.. Actually she really didn't touch anyone but Braden. Still he'd always been more outgoing and friendly than she had, so she did her best not to worry about it, or think about... Which mostly she'd done a very good job of not doing.
Zara was just walking the halls, half hoping she'd run into Braden and half just clearing her mind as she took the long way to go meet with one of her professors. She was just turning the corner on the 2nd floor after heading down the stairs when she saw Braden... with the blond. Zara paused for a moment, she didn't want to seem like the jealous girlfriend, or even paranoid so she just stayed where she was watching. As she watched the other girl get closer and closer to Braden, her heart started to sink, started to get that terrible feeling that she was right to worry... But why would Braden do this? He loved Zara? Right? Zara was about to step forward when the blonds lips landed on her boyfriends. Everything slowed down, everything started to turn worse in her mind, in her heart. She watched as Braden didn't appear to pull away at all. From where she was standing it didn't even look like he minded it. She saw the girls arms go to her boyfriends sides as she didn't pull back. It felt like a few minutes that she stood there watching, she really couldn't tell you how much time had been there.
Zara couldn't decide if she wanted to say something or just run away. Finally the girl started to pull back with some stupid kind of giggle. Zara's eyes were locked on Braden's face. Her face was pained, her eyes almost starting to water. "How.." She whispered slowly before deciding to just go right where she had to go anyways. She took her eyes away from Braden and faced forward as she started to walk on the other side of the hall towards the classroom she was aiming to get to. Zara didn't even think either of them would notice her.
She made a mental note to tell Braden it was over later, but she wasn't going to do it now.
