Ozzie was a pretty happy guy. He had his girlfriend, his comics (which were on two VERY different levels when it came to how much he cared about them...although the comics came at a close second) and his friends. It didn't take much to make him happy. After all, he was a rather simple guy! Always had been and likely always would be. So it made sense that school was starting to be pretty okay, now that he was back in the routine and getting into the groove of things. Of course, by now his comic collection was alphabetized by his bed. And none of them were under Porter's bed so he and Lily could accuse him of being part bat. He was not part bat. If anything, he was part dork. Or all dork. Depended on how you looked at it.

After classes were over and most of his homework was done, he went down to the common room to just read. This time he'd chosen a vintage Batman comic. The issue in which he first battled Poison Ivy, to be exact. Some liked to ask just why a bunch of pictures pasted together into panels and pages enthused him so much. He didn't have a real concrete answer. Comics were just cool and that meant he liked reading them. Simple answer for a simple guy.

On the second to last page he found himself wondering just where Lily was. Comics were great, but just like he'd told her (and she didn't seem to believe him) his girlfriend was way better. Absolutely no comparison.

"I guess so." He said with a grin. Though it was true, he was about as manly as a teddy bear. But he was very much Lily's teddy bear. Her opinion on his manliness really was the only one that mattered. She had to be a pretty good judge on the matter. She knew him well and of course, the level of her awesomeness was way through the roof.

Yeah...grinning idiots snogging in the common room. That was what they definitely looked like. Not that either of them had noticed. Did it much matter that anyone else could see them? They should have been used to it by now, what with all the couples in Gryffindor. When Lily reminded her that everyone could see them, he pulled back, not able to help laughing a bit at his obliviousness. "Right..." Well, there was a way to fix that. He picked up his comic book and Lily's bag, before coming back to take her hand.

Then, he led her up the stairs and into the boys' dorm. Thankfully no one was hanging around. He pulled her over to his bed, setting the bag down as well as his comic book before pulling her down on the bed. And before he forgot, the curtain was drawn too. "There. This better?"

	"It'll be my turn." But she let him keep doing what for now. At least he was moving at least a little in the right direction. She waited a moment before taking his shirt off. Letting him feel her bare skin through his clothing before getting skin to skin contact. She pulled over his head before pulling him down to her again. (Reply to this) (Parent)
