Who: Ashley Davies, Avalon Flint, and Mandy Jennings.
What: Ashley and Mandy wanna get candy, also Ashley and Avalon need to shop for stuff for their party next weekend.
Where: Outside of the Great Hall and then on to Hogsmeade!
When: October 7th.
Rating: PG-13, just to be safe.
Status: In progress/Closed to just those three girls!

Finally! The Hogsmeade Trip had finally arrived. She decided that she'd wear a black baseball cap that she stole from her brother since she couldn't find her hat that she had planned on wearing to cover her hair. The bouncy blonde grabbed her school bag that normally contained her school stuff and replaced it with just her drawing notebook, Well, her replacement one for now and her money. She had gotten tons from her Mum before school began. She hurried from the Ravenclaw Common Room and almost ran all the way down to the Great Hall, where she planned on meeting her friends, Avalon and Mandy. She didn't know how those two would like being together, with Avalon being a Slytherin and Mandy being a Hufflepuff. It was a good thing that Ashley can keep people from jump down each other's throats.

Jumping from the fourth step from the floor in front of the Great Hall, she landed on her feet, almost falling over a little and stood up straight, as she walked over towards the wall and waited for the girls to show up. She had her hair in braided pigtails and tucked under the hat she was wearing. Folding her arms and looking around at all the others, who were showing up to head to Hogsmeade, she thought she saw Oliver, but decided not to go and talk to him. Today was gonna be a girls day for Ashley and she wasn't gonna mention Oliver, unless one of them asked or mentioned him.

Glancing at her watch, she stood away from the wall and began pacing back and forth, seeing how she was sometimes impatient and she wanted candy and to get the shopping over with. "Where are these girls?" She said, as she took the hat off and just let the pigtails down, her hair was tan and yellow. She was sorta of happy and sort of content.

After finally accepting that she couldn't do anything with her hair, Mandy just left it curly and headed down to the Great Hall to meet Ashley. Her hair was still white, though it had randomly changed to a strange blend with blue for awhile too. Mandy wasn't even sure if it was her fault, but she was feeling guilty and afraid if anyone else noticed it in Potions class. She'd read it in the journals... so many people were mad. And Mandy was hoping Avalon wasn't going to be there, since she was one of those people. She didn't like Mandy on a good day... and if she was already in a bad mood.

But Mandy couldn't exactly say no when Ashley asked her to come. She was her friend... and Mandy was never able to say no to people. So she packed her satchel with her money, list of things she needed, and some homework, and she left Hufflepuff. She left the portrait gallery and came directly out to the Great Hall on the first floor.

She walked over to Ashley waving with an light smile on her face. "Hey! Sorry if I'm late..." she said apologizing right away. She usually did that. "I hope you don't mind if I do a bit of shopping in Hogsmeade? I'm getting my dad's birthday present today."

Ashley returned the smile and hugged Mandy. "Oh, not at all! I have to do some shopping and one of my other friends is coming with us. We have to shop for a small party, depending on how you define small." She joked and wrinkled her nose up a little bit. She waited for a few moments, as she looked around and groaned, looking at her watch again. "You know Avalon Flint, from our Potions class..Yeah, she's coming with us." She said, not knowing how she'd take it, because she didn't know how Mandy would be able to handle it. "If that's okay with you, I mean, I don't know how you and her get along, if any." She said, looking around and walked back over to the wall and leaned on it, banging her head lightly against it.

Waiting for Avalon was something that Ashley was used to, but she knew that Mandy had to do some shopping and groaned. "She must be trying to hide her hair." She said, looking up at the ceiling, before looking at Mandy. "So, what do you plan on getting your dad?" She asked, being a bit snoopy.

Mandy had been afraid of that... she knew Ashley was good friends with her, but Avalon frankly... scared her. A lot. And she just knew Avalon hated her, seeing as most Slytherins did. She was okay with it, and usually just avoided it. "Oh... yeah I know her. Well I know her from class. But yeah, that's fine," she said giving a nervous grin. She just wouldn't say anything when Avalon was around. She could do that... not bother her.

"What kind of party? I didn't know you were planning a party," Mandy asked interested in knowing. She didn't mind not knowing, since that wasn't surprising if Ashley was planning it with Avalon. "Oh and Dad... I'm not sure yet. He'll love anything I get him, but I don't want to get him something that will... draw too much attention to himself. Maybe something simple from Zonko's, though I know he like Weasley Wizard Wheezes better. I couldn't get him out of their shop in London the last time I took him to Diagon Alley with me," Mandy said laughing.

She grinned and sighed. "Don't worry about Avalon. She's not so bad once you get to know her. She really is a nice girl." She said, licking her lips and began messing with one of her pigtals, twirling the end of it. She didn't want Mandy and Avalon jumping down their throats because they weren't in the same house or anything.

"Oh, just a Welcome back party..Mainly for the Seventh years, but we might let the youngsters come. It's whatever, really." She told her, as she looked around. "You can come. Even though there might be lots of firewhiskey and tons of random hooks up, but you know, it's whatever." She told her, as she sighed softly and cleared her throat. She watched some guys walk by and Oliver had been one of them and just by that her hair turned blue and she shook her head. "But, yeah..You're invited. Screw what the Slytherins think..You're coming, Manders." She said, forcing a smile and linking arms with Mandy.

Today wasn't a good day for Avalon. She was pissed off by the fact her hair kept changing colours every five seconds and that she had to ask her sister for help in hopes she would know how to get her hair back to normal. Avalon hated asking for help, specially to Zara; she'd rather drown before asking her for help. But when something as precious as her hair looked like a bloody rainbow, she couldn't think of anyone else... She was reallt going to kill whoever cause that. Slowly and painfully.

After trying to hid her hair, Avalon decided to wear it loose. Hell, she was the most beautiful girl in school -- no matter if people said that was the Warrington girl, that girl looked average next to her -- and that wouldn't change no matter what colour her hair was. So with a now tan/yellow-coloured hair, she headed to the Great Hall.

She smiled at her best friend when she saw her, frowning a little at the other girl until she was close enough to recognice her. Her hair turned red the moment she saw it was that Muggleborn Hufflepuff. What the hell was she doing there?! It was clear that Avalon wasn't pleased, but she pretended like she was actually happy to have her there. "Hi Ash," she said, hugging her friend. Then she turned to Mandy and smiled at her. "Hi... Mandy." It took her a few seconds to remember the girl's name.

"Oh yeah... I'm sure she's nice," Mandy nodding, but still looked nervous. She didn't want to upset Ashley but... Mandy really wasn't sure about this. Just the three of them? With only Ashley between them... it was going to be awkward.

Mandy smiled glad that Ashley invited her to the party, but still... "I don't know if that's really my kind of thing Ashley," she explained. She had no experience when it came to boys, and the strongest thing she'd ever had was butterbeer... except for her step-mother's sherry. Mandy was just too 'good' of a girl. Even if people did try to change that...

When Mandy saw Avalon coming... and when the Slytherin girl had obviously noticed her, Mandy definitely felt a bit scared. If it was possible her already white hair, turned a paler shade of white... "Hi... Avalon," she said nervously in a quiet voice.
