WHO: Wes and Callidora Nott
WHAT: They're having a talk
WHERE: Head Girl's Room
WHEN: Saturday Night
RATING: PG-13
STATUS: Closed and in progress

Westly would admit, he'd had a few drinks before he took off for his sister's room. Some liquid courage in order to tell his sister what needed too. Once he got through the admitting... it would be fine. She was logical. She'd get it. The point was Westly needed Calli to get it, she was the only one he knew who could fully understand what he was feeling right now.

It wasn't too late, but it was after curfew as he got outside her door and knocked. She had to be there... Calli had to let him. And not get him in trouble for being out late! Not that Westly cared much about curfews lately, after what happened. "Calli, it's me. Let me in."

Callidora had to admit, Westly had a point. She probably would have freaked out more if Oliver had told her that he had caught her brother snogging a bloke, so it was probably best that Westly had told her himself. It was still slightly unsettling that her 'boyfriend' knew before her, but still. It was out in the open, and if it was one thing Callidora had learned as of recent was that it was bad to linger in the past. "No no, I understand," she said, nodding her head as she looked down at her hands in her lap.

She didn't expect her brother to break down that fast. She had never really seen him get that emotional, especially cry. But because she wasn't an emotional shell anymore, she almost felt like she was going to cry. A real sister, not some stiff, bitter girl. "Oh Wes," she whispered wrapping her arms around him. She comforted him by rubbing his back gently, feeling horrible that he was so sad. "I'm sorry.."

She was right not to expect it. Westly never cried in front of anyone. Even his mother, he'd only go into fake fits when he was younger just to get attention. But after this... Westly felt like he was just going to crumble apart. Adam had taken away his self control and he was giving in now. Westly had at least been able to hold it in around Phoenix the night before... but not with her sister.

And Wes was really glad she's come out of that shell. Not just for him now, but at least he knew his sister was happier, and healthier. It sucked to realize it in the moment when he needed her to be human the most, but Westly was still glad about that. Her rubbing his back felt nice, but he still continued to sob.

He still wasn't going to tell her who it was though. That would just open up another bit of drama. Her best friend's twin brother... breaking her brother's heart. That wouldn't go over well with Calli.

Before recently, Callidora wouldn't have known what to do with Westly. But now she could hone in on the few mothering skills she had picked up (not from her mother, of course), comforting her brother.

It was quite a horrible feeling, having him cry in her arms like that. Of course, she wanted him to let it out. There was nothing worse than botteling up all the horrible feelings and never letting them out. And it felt like a victory for Callidora to be able to comfort him and not completely shut him out and pretend it wasn't happening. She just wished she could do more.

Like know who this boy was that was hurting her brother so badly. She never was able to seek revenge on Gregory for hurting her so badly (except, of course, Oliver punching him in the face), and she wanted to make up for that by hurting the person that had hurt her brother. But he wouldn't tell her, and although that was a bit annoying, that wasn't what this was about. This was about making Westly feel better.

It took quite awhile, but eventually Westly stopped sobbing. He just couldn't cry anymore... well maybe he could but he was resolved to stop at least for a little while. "Thank you," he muttered against his sister's arm, since he still had his head against her shoulder, and she was hugging him to her.

"I still don't want to be without him Calli. I want him back..." he said weakly. It was stupid. Why would be go back when Adam could so willingly move on? Over a stupid misunderstanding at that! But he wanted him... he didn't want anyone else.
