replace your code with this. it's exactly the same as you have just with the updated size and placement since it's easier than telling you what to put where.

what i did was i changed the size of the wreath next to the actual image link you put in, and then i adjusted the margin-top and margin-right. since the image is square you have to adjust both width and height to keep this a perfect circle. i imagine that's where the trouble was.
