If this place didn't make up its mind on the weather, Rose was going to stab someone. Well, maybe not, as apparently killing was a no-no. But it was making her completely mental, trying to figure out what to wear before actually going outside. Fortunately, the TARDIS had always taken good care of her passengers as far as food and clothing went, and Rose hadn't had to venture outside now that she was warm in her old-new accomodations. But she also was the type to go stir crazy if she didn't know what was going on at all times, and the fact that others were outside talking and chatting and she wasn't? Enough to drive her mad.
So she picked a rather classy looking navy blue rain coat out of the wardrobe (really, it was like being in her twenties and still getting to play dress up in there!) and ventured outside, a matching scarf tied around her hair. It actually wasn't as bad as she'd feared, just chilly and drizzly and, well, annoying.
The faire was looking rather dull by now, the once bright colours apparently washed out by the rain. There were also fewer people out and about, what with the weather and all. And there, in the middle of it all, stood a ginger man with a stunned look on his face. And when he spoke, Rose couldn't help but giggle slightly. "No, Toto, you're not," she replied out loud, catching the reference to one of her favourite girlhood movies. "Let me guess, you just dropped in?" She glanced over his wet clothing and the bump on his head and winced. "Literally?" Jareth never did get bored of trying new ways to bring people into this place, did he?
