The blood, though welcome, was almost secondary to the vampire at this point. After all, he'd fed quite a bit over the last day or so. Her thoughts were much more intruiging to him, and the fact that he knew she'd be annoyed by him reading these moments, these thoughts, in her head amused him far more than it would have if he'd been any sort of decent person. But, of course, the term person barely applied to him.
Edward... He probed for everything she knew about him. Vampires didn't always get along so well, and most of them prefered to be alone. Armand prefered company, but he was rare. So it was partially out of self-preservation that he raided her mind, though he doubted that would make her feel better.
The trick of blood slowed down, and then he slowly withdrew from her. So, the telepath had found love. That was adorable, though he mocked it slightly in his mind. Deep down, however, he was a romantic. Not that it meant he intended to stop coming to her, because he didn't. But this Edward... he was interesting. It didn't seem that he was as strong as Armand, but mostly he was just... different. Armand sneered slightly.
"That is, without a doubt, the most touching thing I've ever seen." His tone of voice left it unclear whether he was being sarcastic or not. In reality, he both was and wasn't.
