I've had my doubts
Who: Max and Open to clan members (at first)
When:Week Two: Monday, December 8th, Early Evening
Where: The Lodge
Summary: Being the good bartender and setting up like he is supposed to.
Warning: PG (For now) :)
Walking into the bar for the first time in the night, Max couldn't help but smile. He still couldn't believe that this was his everyday life. Working for a vampire, living in a town over run with supernaturals that couldn't leave once they entered. He had chosen to stay, giving up his entire old life to try and find out more about other species. He also wanted to know why it was they couldn't leave the town after they entered. He was curious if it was a spell, or something else that hold them here. He had met so many good people that were stuck here for no reason other then being a supernatural of some kind.
Stepping in behind the bar, he flipped the switches up that were on the wall next to the entrance. Light started slowly illuminating the bottles on the glass shelves. The bar underneath lights in the front rose up and illuminated the floor as well. He was happy here. Literally ever single time he stepped behind this bar, he felt as if he was home. He loved what he did. It was a great way of meeting new people in the town, and even better way to get better at mixing things. So it also helped his potions making in the long run.
This was where he wanted to be. That was obvious every time he looked around. This was no longer just a town that he chose to stay in. It was home. Grabbing the remote, he pressed play and allowed the station he had chosen from the night before while closing down to start playing through the speakers. Smiling, he started moving back a fourth to the music. Wiping glasses, making sure the bottles were full and stocked. Taking the covers off the beer taps. He was having fun already and the night hadn't even gotten started yet. “I love my life.” He said sheepishly to himself.
