It was difficult. She noticed that Cas seemed to understand it. Maybe even moreso than he might have at her point in their timeline. Turning into a doll like she had, it wasn't too much of a stretch from things that happened in their world. It was very plausible that a disgruntled witch could find a way to turn an enemy into something similar.
She knew that her now archangel friend had a point. She shouldn't spend her extra time alive waiting around to see if the Winchester brothers may return to them. At the point in time where Charlie had been taken from, she was heavily hell-bent on finding something to save Dean's life. It turns out she was successful but at the cost of her own life. Not exactly ideal, but what's done is done.
"I just want to live my life now. For what it's worth. I'll just enjoy it here and keep making new friends," Charlie nodded, doing her best to believe her own words. "Well, I'd much rather be in heaven than standing in line via Crowley for a few eternities. Is he still doing that? Or did Lucifer get out again and started playing his games once more?"
She didn't know much about what was the future in their world from the point in which she had left, but knowing that she wasn't going to be around for it did make her curious. Despite the fact that Cas had just confirmed that she would be watching everything from heaven. It just sucked that she wouldn't be along side the boys, helping and supporting them in every way that she could.
