ANNOUNCEMENT
OKAY. There will be a big modification made to Kiseki.
From now on, all journals will have an audio/video option.
The front cover of the journals will now bear an egg-shaped gem, with silver wings (so it looks like the Angel Egg on my icon =3 =). Whenever there's an entry filtered to your character which they still haven't seen, the gem will glow faintly.
The gem will also work similarly to Mokona's, and be where your characters will record their video and audio entries. Meaning that all video frames will look egg-shaped.
These new entries will look like a normal entry, only they'll have an winged-egg shaped figure on them and a big "►" symbol on them, which can be touched to play the audio or video. Userpics would still show, so you'd know who's posting. And normal posts won't play unless the "►" is touched, but posts altered by filters (which can be hacked) and accidental entries could begin to play on their own.
Filters do still affect both options, and the entries will not be heard/seen by anyone it's filtered out from.
With the video/audio options, we also get another new feature; accidental posts.
The journals will, at some times, malfunction, and record things even if the owners don't want them to. What's a good way to prevent it? Posting often! Because the less you update, the more likely it is for your journal to start screwing up.
They will also be affected by your character's state of mind, the way filters are. Meaning that if your character's upset, distracted, etc, and can't focus, accidental posts are also more likely to happen.
Of course, to avoid a massive burning of the journals (not like you could burn them, anyway, but you know what I mean), they will now always find a way back to their owners. If your character thought it would be easy to just toss the damned thing into the forest, they were wrong! It'll somehow appear inside their pocket, or show up on their hotel room's bed. It's better to just learn to deal with them.
That the addition to the journals means they can be used to post audio and video will be something the characters currently on Kiseki will just somehow ~*~ understand, if they touch the winged-egg crest. It will also be added to the typical explanation that all new arrivals get when they wake up in the Welcome Center.
The Welcome Center ladies will now also explain (in their own special way) that updating often is "important". That's the only clue you'll get about the accidental posts and the relation to the lack of updates 8)
OKAY. That is it. I hope everyone'll like this! And as usual, feel free to ask any questions!
