Our army of smiley characters was too male-dominated n_n
...Until now! Here's Val, hitting the OOC comm again to bring you this pretty pseudo-Arab lady: Tatra from MKR. Consider her my foil for Primera. I wanted someone who could be nice and sweet to everybody ~~maybe while plotting their demise? ;;;~~

To those who don't know the canon, she's the chirpy older Princess of Chizeta and probably quirkiest MKR chara second only to Fuu.
