God, so sorry for taking this long -- the unclaimed prompts will probably get rolled over to the next round (that's how Spren has done it in the past), so they'll be up for grabs then -- and at that point it'll also be possible to submit new prompts. Because of how the schedule works with claiming, there's no overlap between submitting prompts and claiming them.
