Link gave her a sideways look; normally he'd call a subject change like that a denial of guilt for having fun at his expense- who, her? yeah, he'd buy that, too -but her tone didn't sound like that at all. And between his patchy memory, the disconnect between the Old Him and the Amnesiatic Him, one of which knew her, the other hadn't met her before this week, and the fact that being free from the pressure of preparing for the Calamity seemed to have changed her behavior a little, he couldn't tell what the hell that was about.
So he decided to let it go by. He'd figure her out eventually. Maybe.
