Link looked at her blankly for a moment, then grabbed the Slate again to look at his food inventory. "I hadn't thought about that," he said. "I don't know much about pregnancy, except that morning sickness is a complaint most women have, and the first trimester is the riskiest one. And I don't remember why I know that but not anything else."
He frowned at the seafood he had that had the 'hearty' label attached to it, went back to the vegetables section, then made a face as he mentally recited the recipes he knew that used those. "We should stop and talk to Uma on our way up to Purah's," he said. "I don't know if I want to plan dinner for Zumi without knowing what may or may not be safe for her."
The Slate went back to his belt. "Fortunately, she people watches from a spot under the tree across from the inn, so we'll run into her on our way up to Purah's."
