Leop resisted the urge to look panicked. He'd worked with gold, that wasn't the problem. The problem was access to it.
But, Link had a handy way of hopping across the kingdom, and this was for the queen, maybe he'd be willing to play temporary supplier. Leop would look for a more permanent one in the future.
After a small frown of consideration as he thought about that, he nodded once. "I've worked with gold, I'm confident enough that I'll do this justice, but access to it isn't something I've got easily. Think if I pay him for it, Link would be willing to hop up to Goron City and see if there's any miners up there that're selling? I know the Gerudo work with gold a lot, but I think I remember hearing they don't let men in."
He paused as he thought about that. "Although I guess with having to be down there because of the Divine Beast, he probably knows the people who linger around down there outside of town. Maybe one of them can run into Gerudo Town for him."
He shook his head, clearing away that thought; the 'where and how' was going to be up to Link. "Either way, I'd need the gold to work with before I can make this for you," he said with an apologetic facial shrug.
