He stared at her for a second, then wearily closed his eyes and rested his forehead on his hand, elbow propped on the table, and hoping that said hand combined with the fact that his head was tipped to look down at the table would hide how red he was.
"I'm not used to you being of-age," he grumbled. "That wouldn't have been an appropriate word to use around you back then."
