Sophie shook her head. "Not as much as we're probably making it sound," she said, voice still kept low. "You'd have to ask Link, but it sounds like his opinion of the state of masculinity these days is pretty low. Most men are okay. They make me nervous, but that's not because they're dangerous. Even the men I've known all my life make me jumpy, except Pruce and my dad." She looked a bit sheepish at that.
"It's less that there's a lot of them that are slightly terrible, and more that there's a few of them that are terrifyingly bad," she continued. She frowned a bit. "Although the number of them who don't like being mistaken for women or doing things like dressing in women's clothing because they find it insulting is getting bigger. But those guys are still far away from what it sounds like this guy is like."
She shrugged. "And it might be that this guy isn't as bad as Link's making him out to be. Link seems to have pretty strong opinions on the subject, he could be exaggerating because of it."
