You women ran things, it wasn't an insult to look like one, or dress like one. It was mostly women who wore makeup, but it wasn't uncommon for men to. There were some in the knighthood who did when they weren't on duty." He shrugged. "I thought it was a stupid waste of time, but I wasn't exactly a friendly ball of sunshine back then either, so take my opinion on that with a grain of rock salt."
Then he sighed. "But there's no escaping seeing this guy, he hangs out like a creep right by the entrance to town." He nodded at Zelda. "I told you about him, and he's only gotten worse.
