"Very thoughtful of you," Saula said. "How much weight does she carry?" she asked. Then she nodded towards Fegran, who was lingering near the entrance to town as she usually did. Fegran, for as long as Saula had known her, had always loved getting to see who and what came in from the outside world, but had never been very willing to go out to the outside world to see what didn't come to her.
