Kass blinked a few times, then smiled warmly. "A queen does not need fancy adornments to be a queen," he said. "It is in her strength and her compassion that she shines, more than any jewel that's presented to her. I hope some day to be able to witness a more formal ceremony, with all the finery associated to it, but you have returned, and seek to take up the task of your family. This may be small, but it seems to me that in some ways, it is more important."

He was told later by the elder at Kakariko where Link had been taken, and took up a mission to collect all the ancient songs about the shrines and trials across Hyrule to pass along to him once he awoke."
