Kaleidoscope City Missions

hi guys where do all the cactuses go does anyone know where city hall is i think bob and i got all of them :D is ot ok if they are burned bob tried really hard not to but a lot of them came out kind of cooked and this monster came out of the sand and tried to eat half of them so we had to go out and get more and then the cart started smoking so we stopped and took a break to put the fire out and the hot water turned the fruit into kind of a soup and then we got lost and ace said he knew the way but we only went in circles and city hall is kind of hard to find too all we found are peoples houses D:
