He stayed quiet until she'd finished, unsure how exactly the news made him feel. Instinct told him the scent he'd noticed lately probably belonged to Landon. He could smell the interest in it faintly. It was unsettling, though not surprising. He could see why this male would be interested in her even if she couldn't.
