She shut her eyes and tightened her grip on his arm. He was her everything. She couldn't lose that.
She snuggled back into him, getting comfortable. Above all else, she was thankful he hadn't kept it from her. She needed to be able to trust him, to know that he loved her as much as she loved him. That was another reason she was going to have to, eventually, tell him about Landon. For the moment, she couldn't unless he asked about the male's scent on her clothing and even then, she'd tell him honestly and not act guilty about it. Since she didn't do anything with him, she had nothing to feel bad about. He was a friend.
