	Unfortunately, I'm not exactly well versed in the operation of Quantum Mechanics. We'd need Fitz for a rundown of potential reasons why and how it operates like this. For now, we might as well just leave it to magic. Ahh. Yeah. That would be a bit of a difficult fit right now. If your world is on any kind of the same sort of track as ours. 	Something incredibly similar was about to happen but we managed to stop it. Before that there was a terrigen contamination in those Fish Oil capsules. It was killing people and turning others into Inhumans. The government put together a task force to 'deal' with the problem. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Yeah. Things were complicated because we sort of caused it. Got into a war of sorts with SHIELD and Hydra had a hand in the task force. I'm pretty sure something simple became needlessly complicated. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	I never met a Maria or a Nick. By the time I joined SHIELD it had been officially disbanded. Coulson was the director and we were an incredibly small team. When I say 'we' I meant the Inhumans. 	Someone put me in charge? Who the hell put me in charge? Who thought that was a good idea? Did they happen to be high or drunk at the time? SHIELD hasn't ever really had the most amicable relationship with Inhumans. Isolationists don't tend to like being interfered with. And SHIELD loves to interfere. But we've been improving. Someone put a version of you in charge. I'm not sure who or why. Like I said, I was late to the party. Coulson wasn't a terrible leader. I had my misgivings about the entire team, except Daisy, but I was wrong. Everyone kind of grew on me towards the end.

I'm not even sure how we managed to cross paths with SHIELD. Or why they felt they couldn't just leave us alone.

	I can deal with my own team, but the idea of running the whole of SHIELD, even if it was significantly reduced, is a bit horrifying. I'm not objective enough. And if your Daisy is anything like ours, I can't blame you for trusting her before anyone else. SHIELD meddles. It's basically all they do sometimes. (Reply to this) (Parent)
